The industrial design applied for protection is presented in illustrations fig. 1 and 1a, while fig. 2 and 3 - present its subsequent forms, i.e. varieties of the industrial design. List of variations of the industrial design: 1) bottle - fig. 1, 1a, 2) bottle with an additional motif - fig. 2, 3) bottle with text - fig. 3. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustration fig. 1, 1a - the bottle - is that: - the neck is similar in shape to a cylinder and passes very smoothly into the main body of the bottle, with the diameter of the horizontal cross-section of the neck gradually increasing; - in the upper part of the neck a cylindrical cap is visible with additional concave and convex circumferential rings; - the horizontal sections of the basic body of the bottle constitute figures close to an oval, wherein; - in a front view, each of the lateral edges of the basic body forms an arc in the upper part which merges into a long substantially straight line, the lateral edges formed by a substantially straight line gradually approaching each other, whereas; - in a side view, each of the lateral edges of the basic body forms a delicate arc which merges into a long substantially straight line, the lateral edges formed by a substantially straight line being parallel to each other; - at the front of the bottle, in the upper part of the main body, there is a line bent into an arc, above which there is a convex inscription "RODOWA POLSKA" placed in an arc, while in the lower part of the bottle there is a fanciful image of an eagle in a crown; - in the vicinity of the image of the eagle, the surface of the bottle is slightly recessed, creating an edge in the shape of an arc under the eagle; - the design was submitted without any reservation of colours.
