Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach przedstawiaj acych poszcze- gólne odmiany wzoru, na których fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie ziemi do trawników, fig. 2 przedsta- wia opakowanie ziemi ogrodowej, fig. 3 przedstawia opakowanie ziemi uniwersalnej. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs presenting individual variants of the design, in which Fig. 1 shows a packaging of lawn soil, Fig. 2 shows a packaging of garden soil, and Fig. 3 shows a packaging of all-purpose soil. List of variants: 1. Packaging of lawn soil. 2. Packaging of garden soil. 3. Packaging of all-purpose soil. The essential features of the industrial design for the soil packaging are as follows: 1. The packaging is rectangular. 2. The packaging is brown. At the top of the packaging is an inscription specifying the intended use of the soil, namely: the first variant contains the inscription "Lawn soil," the second variant contains the inscription "Garden soil," and the third variant contains the inscription "Universal soil." In the second and third varieties, below the inscription specifying the intended use of the soil, there is the inscription: "Recommended by the best producers of bedding flowers." On the left side, there is a trademark registered with the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland under number Z-375778 with the inscription "Soil and substrates" placed on the inscription. 3. In the central part of the packaging, there is a photograph of the plants for which the soil is intended, namely in the first variety, there is a photograph of a lawn, in the second variety, a photograph of a flower bed planted with various plants, and in the third variety, a photograph of various species of flowers and vegetables.
