Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest opakowanie przeznaczone do nawozów jesiennych. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na za laczonych fotografiach przedstawiaj acych poszczególne odmiany wzoru, na których fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie nawozu jesiennego do trawników, fig. 2 przedstawia opakowanie nawozu jesiennego do iglaków, fig. 3 przedstawia opakowanie nawozu je- siennego uniwersalnego. Wykaz odmian: 1. Opakowanie nawozu jesiennego do trawników. 2. Opakowanie nawozu jesiennego do iglaków. 3. Opakowanie nawozu jesiennego uniwersalnego. W jej centralnej cz esci umieszczony jest napis: „Zapewni zdrowy i pi ekny wygl ad Twoim ro slinom", za s pod tym napisem po lewej stronie okre slenie przeznaczenia nawozu, a mianowicie: w odmianie pierwszej umieszczony jest napis „Nawóz jesienny do trawników", w odmianie drugiej napis: „Nawóz jesienny do iglaków", w odmianie trzeciej napis: "Nawóz jesienny uniwersalny". Pod spodem umieszczony jest znak towarowy zg loszony do Urz edu Patentowego Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej za numerem Z-375778 z umieszczonym na znaku napisem „Nawozy". 3. W centralnej cz esci opakowania umieszczona jest fotografia ro slin, do których przeznaczony jest nawóz, a mianowicie w odmianie pierwszej umieszczona jest fotografia trawnika, w odmianie drugiej fotografia iglaków w odmianie trzeciej fotografia kwiatów, owoców i warzyw. W prawym dolnym rogu ka zdej fotografii umieszczone s a trzy li sci: zielony, czerwony i zó lty. Z lewej strony w kole umieszczona jest gramatura nawozu, a pod ni a napis „granulowany". 4. Dolna cz esc opakowania jest koloru zielonego. W jej centralnej czesci umieszczony jest napis: „Pi ekny ogród tylko z nami". 5. Pierwsza i druga czesc oddzielona jest trójkolorow a falist a lini a. 6. Druga i trzecia cz esc oddzielone s a pojedyncz a falist a lini a. 7. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs presenting individual variants of the design, in which Fig. 1 shows the packaging of autumn fertilizer for lawns, Fig. 2 shows the packaging of autumn fertilizer for conifers, and Fig. 3 shows the packaging of universal autumn fertilizer. List of variants: 1. Packaging of autumn fertilizer for lawns. 2. Packaging of autumn fertilizer for conifers. 3. Packaging of universal autumn fertilizer. The essential features of the industrial design for the fertilizer packaging are as follows: 1. The packaging is rectangular. 2. The upper part of the packaging is orange. In its central part there is an inscription: "Will ensure a healthy and beautiful appearance of your plants," and below this inscription on the left side there is a description of the fertilizer's purpose, namely: the first variety contains the inscription "Autumn fertilizer for lawns," the second variety contains the inscription: "Autumn fertilizer for conifers," and the third variety contains the inscription: "Universal autumn fertilizer." Underneath there is a trademark registered with the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland under the number Z-375778 with the inscription "Fertilizers" placed on the inscription. 3. In the central part of the package there is a photograph of the plants for which the fertilizer is intended, namely the first variety contains a photograph of a lawn, the second variety contains a photograph of conifers, and the third variety contains a photograph of flowers, fruit, and vegetables. In the lower right corner of each photograph there are three leaves: green, red, and yellow. On the left side, the fertilizer weight is placed in a circle, and below it the inscription "granulated". 4. The lower part of the package is green. In its central part, there is the inscription: "Beautiful garden only with us". 5. The first and second parts are separated by a three-color wavy line. 6. The second and third parts are separated by a single wavy line. 7.
