Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest bielizna termoaktywna - bluza, przeznaczona do upra- wiania sportów wszelkiego rodzaju, w tym zapobiegaj aca wych lodzeniu organizmu. Istot e wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna posta c bielizny termoaktywnej, przejawiaj aca si e w mo- tywach ozdobnych, widocznych z przodu i ty lu bluzy oraz w materiale, z którego zosta la wykonana. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego jest uwidoczniony na za laczonych ilustracjach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia bielizn e termoaktywn a - bluz e w odmianie pierwszej w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 ilustruje bielizn e termoaktywn a - bluz e w odmianie pierwszej w widoku z ty lu, fig. 3 przedstawia bielizn e termo- aktywn a - bluz e w odmianie drugiej w widoku z przodu, a fig. 4 ilustruje bielizn e termoaktywn a - bluz e w odmianie drugiej w widoku z ty lu. Na brzuchu widnieje ozdobny motyw, jako wzmocnienie w kolorze szarym, w postaci trójk ata z lozonego z po- przecznie u lo zonych czterech trapezów i trójk ata na szczycie. Bielizna termoaktywna - bluza posiada d lugie r ekawy zako nczone sci agaczem i oddzielone od gorsetu pomara nczowym ozdobnym sciegiem. Na r ekawach znajduj a si e ozdoby, jako wzmocnienia w okolicach barku i lokcia, widoczne zarówno z przodu jak i ty lu, przy czym ozdoba na wysoko sci lokcia ma posta c szerokiego paska w kolorze ja- snoszarym, a na lokciu ciemnoszarej laty. Pod pachami umieszczono wzmocnienia - motywy ozdobne w kolorze szaro-pomara nczowym. Z ty lu bluzy, jako wzmocnienie dla kr egos lupa, widnieje motyw ozdobny w kolorze jasnoszarym, z charakterystycznymi dwudziestoma kropkami. Z ty lu widoczny jest równie z pomara nczowy ozdobny scieg oddzielaj acy r ekawy od gorsetu. The essence of the design is a new and original form of thermal underwear, manifested in the decorative motifs visible on the front and back of the sweatshirt, as well as in the material from which it is made. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of thermal underwear - a sweatshirt from a front view, Fig. 2 shows the first variant of thermal underwear - a sweatshirt from a back view, Fig. 3 shows the second variant of thermal underwear - a sweatshirt from a front view, and Fig. 4 shows the second variant of thermal underwear - a sweatshirt from a back view. List of varieties: - thermal underwear - sweatshirt in the first variety (fig. 1, fig. 2) - thermal underwear - sweatshirt in the second variety (fig. 3, fig. 4) Essential features of the industrial design: The thermal underwear - sweatshirt according to the industrial design includes a black bodice and sleeves, with a turtleneck sewn in with orange threads, bearing the inscription "Nordcapp" in light gray. At the front, around the sternum and chest, there are gray reinforcements resembling an insect, with characteristic vertically arranged seven dots, with the wings being wide in the first variety and narrow in the second. On the belly, there is a decorative gray reinforcement motif in the form of a triangle composed of four transversely arranged trapezoids and a triangle at the top. Thermal underwear - the sweatshirt has long sleeves with ribbed cuffs and separated from the bodice by a decorative orange stitch. The sleeves feature reinforcements around the shoulder and elbow, visible from both the front and back. The decoration at elbow height is a wide light gray stripe, and the elbow is a dark gray patch. Reinforcements are placed under the arms with decorative gray and orange motifs. On the back of the sweatshirt, a light gray decorative motif with characteristic twenty dots reinforces the spine. Also visible on the back is an orange decorative stitch separating the sleeves from the bodice.
