This wing is attached to the side of the shirt and has straps at the top for attaching to the arm at the elbow and wrist. These wings are attached to both sides of the shirt and, when the arms are raised, form the symbolic wings of an eagle. The shirt can have long or short sleeves. A characteristic feature of a fan uniform with wings are material elements in the form of wings sewn onto both sides of the shirt between the side of the shirt and the sleeve. The wing is in the form of a circular segment with feather-shaped tips, arranged radially horizontally and vertically, from small feathers at the hand to long feathers at the bottom of the wing. A variation of the fan uniform with wings, fig. 9 and fig. 10, is a uniform characterized by material elements in the form of wings, sewn on both sides of the shirt between the side of the shirt and the sleeve, with the wings, item 1, being in two colors: white and red, in a vertical arrangement. An important feature of the pattern is the wing, in which, in the vertical arrangement, the color is red at the shirt, and the next row of vertical feathers is white, and so on.
