The T-shirt according to the design is characterized by its original cut, specific shape and unique arrangement of decorative elements. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, which show: - variant no. 1 - fig. 1A: children's eca sailor shirt with sailor collar, front view; fig. 1B: children's eca sailor shirt with sailor collar, back view. - variant no. 2 - fig. 2A: children's eca sailor shirt with sailor collar with stripes, front view; fig. 2B: children's eca sailor shirt with sailor collar with stripes, back view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design 1. The T-shirt of the indicated industrial design for variant no. 1 is characterized by its sailor pattern. The T-shirt has short sleeves and is available in children's sizes. The collar of the T-shirt is V-neck at the front, finished with a strip of material starting narrowly on both sides from the indentation at the front of the T-shirt (from the V-neck) and gradually widening towards the back of the T-shirt. At the back of the T-shirt, the collar ends in a rectangular shape. The collar is permanently connected to the T-shirt. Under the collar, in the front of the T-shirt, there are two strips of material sewn on both sides at shoulder height, one of which has a loop at mid-length into which the second strip is inserted. The entire piece imitates a loosely tied tie. The collar and tie are made of the same color material, different from the rest of the shirt, as shown in Fig. 1A and Fig. 1B. 2. The T-shirt of the indicated industrial design for variant no. 2 is characterized by a small sailor pattern. The T-shirt has short sleeves and is available in children's sizes. The collar is made in a V-neck cut at the front, finished with a strip of material starting narrowly on both sides from the indentation at the front of the shirt (from the V-neck) and gradually spreading out towards the back of the shirt. At the back of the T-shirt, the collar ends in a rectangular shape. The collar is permanently connected to the shirt. Below the collar, at shoulder height on both sides of the shirt, are two strips of material sewn into the front, one of which has a loop at mid-length into which the other stripe is inserted. The entire design imitates a loosely tied tie. The trims of the short sleeves and the collar at the back of the shirt feature: single stripes in a color different from the rest of the shirt (for contrast), and double stripes in a color different from the rest of the shirt (for contrast).
