Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemys lowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione s a na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej, na Fig. 3 - widok zegarka w odmianie drugiej. Wzór charakteryzuje si e indywidualnym kszta ltem zegarka, posiadaj acego kopert e stalow a okr ag la, szafirowe szk lo, tarcz e biala wzorzyst a ze wskazówkami w kolorze stali oraz ze wska znikami w formie indeksów w kolorze stali - mniejszych odpowiadaj acych minutom i wi ekszych odpowiadaj a- cych godzinom. Na tarczy umieszczono dwa okr egi: jeden na zewn etrznym obwodzie i na nim umieszczono indeksy, drugi niejako zamykajacy wewn etrzn a kraw ed z wska zników oraz zewn etrzne kraw edzie trzech ma lych tarcz. Jedna pó lkolista o ciemniejszym obramowaniu, dwie okr ag le, wszyst- kie ze wzorem promieni scie schodz acym si e ku srodkowi tarcz. Zegarek posiada funkcj e multikalenda- rza oraz bransolet e stalow a (Fig. 1). Wzór wed lug odmiany 1 (Fig. 2) charakteryzuje si e postaci a zegarka z czarn a tarcz a i czarnym skórzanym paskiem (okr egi oraz wzór na tarczy s a niewidoczne). Wzór wed lug odmiany 2 (Fig. 3) charakteryzuje si e postaci a zegarka z indeksami oraz wska- zówkami w kolorze ró zowego z lota, tarcz a w kolorze bia lo-per lowym, br azowym paskiem skórzanym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemys lowego: ksztalt zegarka, koperta stalowa okr ag la, tarcza ze wska znikami w formie indeksów - mniejszych odpowiadaj acych minutom i wi ekszych odpowiadaj acych godzinom, trzy mniejsze tarcze - jedna pó lkolista o ciemniejszym obramowaniu a na niej umieszczone angielskie skróty dni tygodnia, dwie okr ag le - jedna ze wska znikami nieparzystych liczb arabskich od 1 do 31, druga z liczbami arabskimi od 05 do 60 z odst epami co „5", funkcja multikalendarza. The industrial design and the design variations are shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 - a view of the watch in the first variation, Fig. 3 - a view of the watch in the second variation. The design is characterized by an individual shape of the watch, having a round steel case, sapphire glass, a white patterned dial with steel-colored hands and with narrow indicators in the form of steel-colored indexes - smaller ones corresponding to minutes and larger ones corresponding to hours. Two circles are placed on the dial: one on the outer circumference with the indexes placed on it, the other one sort of closing the inner edge of the indicators and the outer edges of the three small dials. One semicircular with a darker frame, two round, all with a pattern of rays converging towards the center of the dial. The watch has a multi-calendar function and a steel bracelet (Fig. 1). The design according to variety 1 (Fig. 2) is characterized by the form of a watch with a black dial and a black leather strap (the circles and the pattern on the dial are invisible). The design according to variety 2 (Fig. 3) is characterized by the form of a watch with indexes and hands in pink gold, a white-pearl dial, a brown leather strap. Essential features of the industrial design: watch shape, round steel case, dial with narrow indicators in the form of indexes - smaller ones corresponding to minutes and larger ones corresponding to hours, three smaller dials - one semicircular with a darker frame and English abbreviations of the days of the week placed on it, two round ones - one with narrow indicators of odd Arabic numbers from 1 to 31, the other with Arabic numbers from 05 to 60 with intervals of "5", multi-calendar function.
