Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urządzenie sanitarne, umożliwiające jednoczesne spłukiwanie muszli klozetowej i usuwanie zapachów.The subject of the invention is a sanitary device enabling simultaneous flushing of a toilet bowl and removal of odors.

Znane urządzenie sanitarne składa się z muszli klozetowej, połączonej z jednej strony z urządzeniem spłukującym, zaś z drugiej z instalacją kanalizacyjną. Zasadniczym zespołem urządzenia spłukującego jest zbiornik na wodę, w którym znajdują się znane elementy, takie jak: uruchamiany dźwignią zespół przelewowo-spustowy z zaworem spustowym, oraz zawór odcinający dopływ wody do zbiornika. Z polskiego opisu zgłoszenia patentowego nr P. 295 432 znany jest Układ przewietrzania muszli klozetowej, wyposażony w wentylator wymuszający obieg powietrza. Wentylator usytuowany jest w obwodzie połączonym z odpływem wody z instalacji wodociągowej do muszli z jednej strony a z dopływem z muszli do instalacji kanalizacyjnej z drugiej strony, tak że kanał tłoczący wentylator połączony jest z kanałem odpływowym muszli, pomiędzy jej syfonem a pionem kanalizacyjnym. Przy czym w kanale ssącym, pomiędzy otworem wlotowym wentylatora a króćcem ssącym ustuowanym w trójniku dopływu wody, umieszczony jest zawór zwrotny. Ponadto w kanale ssącym, pomiędzy otworem wlotowym wentylatora a zaworem zwrotnym lub w kanale tłoczącym usytuowany w trójniku odpływu z muszli umieszczony jest drugi zawór zwrotny.The known sanitary facility consists of a toilet bowl connected on the one hand to the flushing device and on the other to the sewage system. Istota urządzenia sanitarnego według wynalazku, składającego się z muszli klozetowej, urządzenia spłukującego, zaworu odcinającego dopływ wody oraz przewodu ssącego z wentylatorem, przy czym urządzenie spłukujące zawiera zbiornik na wodę połączony z muszlą klozetową, w którym zamocowany jest mechanizm przelewowo-spustowy, polega na tym, że w dolnej części zbiornika znajduje się strefa bezodpływowa wody, zaś zaworem odcinającym dopływ wody do zbiornika jest zawór elektromagnetyczny, który usytuowany jest na zewnątrz zbiornika w dolnej części tej strefy. Zbiornik jest ponadto, połączony z muszlą klozetową za pomocą, przechodzącego przez dno zbiornika przewodu ssącego, połączonego z elektrycznym wentylatorem, zaworem zwrotnym i rurą odprowadzającą, zaś w części przewodu ssącego, znajdującej się w zbiorniku, która jest wyższa od rury mechanizmu przelewowo-spustowego, usytuowany jest przewód układu kontroli poziomu wody, którego jeden koniec znajduje się w pobliżu dna zbiornika, zaś na drugim końcu ma czujnik ciśnienia wody, który połączony jest za pośrednictwem układu elektrycznego z zaworem odcinającym dopływ wody. Dolna krawędź pokrywy zbiornika usytowana jest znacznie poniżej górnej krawędzi rury mechanizmu przelewowo-spustowego oraz górnego poziomu wody w zbiorniku. Korzystną cechą urządzenia według wynalazku jest jego prosta konstrukcja, małe gabaryty zbiornika na czynnik spłukujący, dzięki dużej szybkości napełniania zbiornika, niezawodność działania urządzenia oraz to, że okrywa zbiornika i wyprowadzanie przycisku układu sterującego nie wymagają żadnych, dodatkowych uszczelnień.The essence of the sanitary device according to the invention, consisting of a toilet bowl, a flushing device, a water cut-off valve and a suction conduit with a fan, the flushing device comprising a water tank connected to the toilet bowl, in which the overflow-drain mechanism is mounted, consists in this that there is a water drainage zone in the lower part of the tank, and the valve shutting off the water supply to the tank is an electromagnetic valve which is located outside the tank in the lower part of this zone. The lower edge of the tank cover is located significantly below the upper edge of the overflow and drain pipe and the upper water level in the tank. An advantageous feature of the device according to the invention is its simple structure, small dimensions of the flushing agent reservoir, thanks to the high speed of filling the reservoir, reliable operation of the device and the fact that the reservoir cover and the release of the control system button do not require any additional seals.

Urządzenie według wynalazku składa się ze zbiornika na wodę 1, przysłoniętego pokrywą 2 i połączonego układem przelewowo-spustowym 6 z muszlą klozetową 14. Zbiornik na wodę 1 posiada część odpływową 3 i bezodpływową 4. Przez otwór w dnie, w odpływowej części 3 zbiornika 1 przechodzi przewód ssący 9 połączony z wentylatorem 10 napędzanym silnikiem elektrycznym 11, uruchamianym wyłącznikiem 16. W przewodzie ssącym usytuowany jest przewód 8 układu kontroli poziomu wody. Jeden koniec przewodu 8 znajduje się w pobliżu dna zbiornika 1, natomiast na jego drugim końcu usytuowany jest czujnik ciśnienia 7. Z drugiej strony wentylator 10 jest połączony poprzez zawór zwrotny 12 i rurę odprowadzającą 13 bezpośrednio lub poprzez trójnik 18 z muszlą klozetową 14. W otworze znajdującym się w bezodpływowej strefie 4 zbiornika 1 zamocowany jest zawór odcinający 5, połączony z instalacją wodną 15. Zawór 5 jest zaworem elektromagnetycznym, połączonym elektrycznie poprzez układ 17 z czujnikiem ciśnienia wody 7. Układ przelewowo-spustowy 6 jest uruchamiany przyciskiem 19. Część rury zasysającej 9, która znajduje się wewnątrz zbiornika 1, jest wyższa od znajdującej się wewnątrz zbiornika 1 rury układu przelewowo-spustowego 6, a dolna krawędź pokrywy 2 znajduje się poniżej poziomu wody w zbiorniku 1.The device according to the invention consists of a water tank 1, covered by a cover 2 and connected by an overflow-drain system 6 to a toilet bowl 14.
