Description
Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest aparat do pomiaru oporu przep lywu powietrza przez z lo ze materia lu sypkiego w trzech wzajemnie prostopad lych kierunkach. Aparat sk lada si e z nast epuj acych zasadniczych elementów: wentylatora (1) wytwarzaj acego strumie n powietrza, ustawionej na statywie (2) komory wyrównawczej w kszta lcie prostopad lo scianu, elastycznego przewodu zasilaj acego (3) oraz ko- mory pomiarowej (4) w kszta lcie sze scianu wyposa zonej w trzy wzajemnie prostopad le pary wlotów (5) i wylotów (6) powietrza. Cechy istotne wzoru Wzór przemys lowy wyró znia si e: - sze sciennym ksztaltem komory pomiarowej (4); - cylindrycznymi wlotami (5) i wylotami (6) powietrza rozmieszczonymi na scianach bocznych, dnie i pokrywie komory pomiarowej (4); - zatyczkami z r ekoje sciami zamykaj acymi wloty (5) i wyloty (6) powietrza; - prostopad lo sciennym kszta ltem komory wyrównawczej. Wymienione wy zej cechy istotne s a pokazane na rysunkach: Fig. 1 przedstawiaj aca aparat w wi- doku z boku i Fig. 2, przedstawiaj aca komor e pomiarow a (4) w widoku perspektywicznym. The apparatus consists of the following basic elements: a fan (1) generating an air stream, a perpendicular-shaped equalization chamber mounted on a stand (2), a flexible supply hose (3), and a cubic-shaped measuring chamber (4) equipped with three mutually perpendicular pairs of air inlets (5) and outlets (6). The flow resistance posed by a bed of bulk material is characterized by the dependence of the pressure drop on the airflow velocity. The pressure drop is measured using a manometer between the air inlet and outlet, and the flow velocity using an anemometer mounted in the outlet duct. Essential features of the design The industrial design is distinguished by: - a cubic shape of the measuring chamber (4); - cylindrical air inlets (5) and outlets (6) arranged on the side walls, bottom and cover of the measuring chamber (4); - plugs with handles closing the air inlets (5) and outlets (6); - a perpendicular shape of the plenum chamber. The essential features mentioned above are shown in the drawings: Fig. 1 showing the apparatus in a side view, and Fig. 2 showing the measuring chamber (4) in a perspective view.
