The folder is made from a cardboard blank with a front side (1), back side (3) and narrow top and bottoms sides (2, 4). The cover is securable to the front side with a fastener. The end caps each comprise a base (14) and a side wall containing grooves for locating the adjacent front and back sides of the folder.
