Butelka, zwlaszcza do mleka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z tworzywa sztucznego do plynnych produktów mleczarskich, zwlaszcza mleka, stosowana do przechowywania, ekspozycji i spozywania produktu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku o ksztalcie walca zwezajacego sie ku górze i z denkiem o promieniscie usytuowanych wytloczeniach, fig. 2 przedstawia widok denka butelki z fig. 1, fig. 3 przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku o ksztalcie walca zwezajacego sie ku górze i z denkiem o lukowo usytuowanych wytloczeniach, a fig. 4 przedstawia widok denka butelki z fig. 3. Wykaz odmian: 1. butelka, zwlaszcza do mleka, z dnem o promieniscie usytuowanych wytloczeniach, 2. butelka, zwlaszcza do mleka z dnem o lukowo usytuowanych wytloczeniach. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego butelki, zwlaszcza do mleka sa nastepujace: 1. butelka ma ksztalt walca, zakonczonego zwezeniem w kierunku glówki stanowiacej otwór szyjkowy, posiadajacego ponizej szyjki lukowe pasy o wkleslej srubowej fakturze, 2. na lukowych pasach umieszczony jest znak towarowy chroniony2 prawem nr 189926 stanowiacy wpisany w elipse napis „MLEKPOL", 3. czesc szyjkowa butelki posiada dwa pierscieniowe kolnierze, 4. w chwytnej czesci butelki znajduja sie obwodowe wklesle przetloczenia, 5. butelka posiada dno, cofniete w stosunku do zewnetrznej powierzchni walca, z osiowo rozmieszczonymi wglebieniami, 6. dno butelki jest na obwodzie uksztaltowane w formie wypuklego pierscienia a w srodku posiada pierscieniowe wglebienia z promieniscie usytuowanymi wytloczeniami w odmianie pierwszej i lukowo usytuowanymi wytloczeniami w odmianie drugiej, stykajacymi sie z krawedzia srodkowego wglebienia w dnie butelki, 7. w odmianie pierwszej dluzsze wglebne wytloczenia rozlozone równomiernie na obwodzie dna butelki, stykaja sie z krawedzia srodkowego pierscieniowego wglebienia, a krótsze wytloczenia znajduje sie pomiedzy nimi, 8. w odmianie drugiej na dnie butelki znajduje sie znak towarowy chroniony prawem nr 189926, stanowiacy wpisany w elipse napis „MLEKPOL".3 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig.4 PL PL PL PL PLBottle, particularly for milk. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view of a bottle in the shape of a cylinder tapering upwards and with a bottom with radially arranged embossings, Fig. 2 shows a view of the bottom of the bottle from Fig. 1, Fig. 3 shows a side view of a bottle in the shape of a cylinder tapering upwards and with a bottom with arc-shaped embossings, and Fig. 4 shows a view of the bottom of the bottle from Fig. 3. The essential features of the industrial design of a bottle, especially for milk, are as follows: 1. the bottle has the shape of a cylinder, narrowing towards the head, which is the neck opening, and has arched stripes with a concave helical texture below the neck, 2. the arched stripes bear the trademark protected by law No. 189926, which is the inscription "MLEKPOL" inscribed in an ellipse, 3. the neck part of the bottle has two annular flanges, 4. the gripping part of the bottle has circumferential concave embossing, 5. the bottle has a bottom, recessed in relation to the outer surface of the cylinder, with axially arranged recesses, 6. the bottom of the bottle is shaped on the circumference in the form of a convex ring and in the middle it has annular recesses with radially arranged embossing in the first variant and arc-shaped embossing in the second variant, touching the edge of the central recess in the bottom of the bottle, 7. in the first variant, longer recessed embossings distributed evenly around the circumference of the bottom of the bottle, touching the edge of the central annular recess, and shorter embossings are located between them, 8. in the second variant, at the bottom of the bottle there is a trademark protected by law No. 189926, which is the inscription "MLEKPOL" inscribed in an ellipse.3 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig.4 PL PL PL PL PL
