ZESTAW KOREKCYJNO-STABILIZUJACY Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw korekcyjno-stabilizujacy, zbudowany ze zmodernizowanego korekcyjnego pulpitu do pisania i czytania oraz krzesla, polaczonych ze soba w sposób ruchomy za pomoca tzw. „lacznika krzesla", stanowiacy wlasciwe stanowisko do nauki i pracy dla dzieci i osób doroslych. Przedmiot wzoru pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji. Fig 1 i Fig 2 przedstawiaja zestaw w dwóch róznych ujeciach. Fig. 1 przedstawia zestaw z boku, z góry i z przodu. Fig. 2 przedstawia zestaw z boku i z tylu. Jak wykazuja badania lekarskie, duza ilosc dzieci i osób doroslych ma wady postawy w tym skrzywienia kregoslupa. Równie duza ilosc osób skarzy sie na bóle pleców wystepujace w czasie dlugiego siedzenia podczas pisania, czytania badz pracy z komputerem. Zdaniem lekarzy jedna z przyczyn tych dolegliwosci jest niewlasciwa pozycja siedzaca, zwlaszcza gdy trwa przez dluzszy okres czasu. Zestaw pokazany na zalaczonej ilustracji zostal zaprojektowany w sposób promujacy zachowanie prawidlowej postury. Zestaw korekcyjno-stabilizujacy wedlug niniejszego wzoru spelnia wymogi decydujace o prawidlowej pozycji siedzacej a tym samym o wlasciwym ustawieniu kregoslupa i pracy odpowiednich grup miesni postularnych poniewaz posiada: -blat z regulacja wysokosci, nachylony i odpowiednio wyprofilowany dla oparcia rak, -siedzisko z regulacja wysokosci i odleglosci, ustawione wlasciwie wzgledem blatu, -dodatkowy blat pod monitor komputera, ustawiony centralnie, naprzeciwko krzesla, -podstawke pod ksiazki, zainstalowana w przepisowej odleglosci, -podnózek z regulacja odleglosci. Zestaw wedlug niniejszego wzoru oprócz walorów zdrowotnych stanowi wygodne stanowisko do nauki i pracy poniewaz posiada: -duzo miejsca na przybory do pisania w zaglebieniu pomiedzy blatem a podstawka na ksiazki, -zabezpieczenie przed samoczynnym zamykaniem sie otwartej ksiazki,2 -pólke pod blatem, -dwa kólka w podstawie stelaza, umozliwiajace przysuwanie badz odsuwanie blatu przez osobe siedzaca, -zaczepy do zawieszania torby, tornistra lub plecaka. Zestaw korekcyjno-stabilizujacy przeznaczony jest dla dzieci i osób doroslych, narazonych na bóle pleców i wady postawy, wskutek niewlasciwej pozycji siedzacej. Niewlasciwa pozycja siedzaca wynika czesto z nieprzestrzegania norm wysokosci dla stolików i krzesel jak równiez nieprzestrzegania wlasciwego ustawienia krzesla wzgledem stolika badz pulpitu (krzeslo odsuniete zbyt daleko od stolika - pozycja nadmiernie pochylona, krzeslo ustawione skosnie do stolika - pozycja skrecona). Prawidlowe ustawienie krzesla wzgledem stolika badz pulpitu moze miec miejsce tylko wtedy gdy oba meble sa ze soba zespolone z mozliwoscia wzajemnego przemieszczania sie wzdluz linii prostej. Tego typu rozwiazanie zastosowano we wzorze przemyslowym p. n. „Zestaw korekcyjno-stabilizujacy" przedstawionym na ilustracji Fig. 1 i Fig. 2. Na podstawie porównania wygladu i opisu znanych tego typu zestawów, zawartego w dokumentach: PL Ru57269 F.P.N. 1996.10.28 E P 1707076 Waldner L. 2006.10.04 EP 1093734 Dittrich A. 2001.04.25 US 2459257 WoodH. 1949.01.18 stanowiacych stan techniki, mozemy stwierdzic, ze wzór przemyslowy p t. „Zestaw korekcyjno-stabilizujacy" rózni sie zarówno pod wzgledem wygladu jak i zastosowanych rozwiazan konstrukcyjnych od w/w zestawów, przy czym zastosowane w tych zestawach rozwiazania nie podwazaja nowosci i poziomu wynalazczego niniejszego zestawu. Przedstawiona ilustracja Fig. 1 i Fig. 2 uwidacznia charakterystyczne cechy w wygladzie i budowie wzoru przemyslowego. Jak widac na ilustracji, zestaw to urzadzenie powstale z polaczenia pulpitu z krzeslem za pomoca zagietej pod katem prostym rury, której jedno ramie umocowane jest obrotowo pod siedziskiem krzesla a drugie ramie umieszczone jest w prowadnicy przymocowanej do pulpitu. Tego typu polaczenie jest podstawowa cecha wyrózniajaca ten zestaw od innych znanych w/w zestawów.3 Kolejnymi cechami wyrózniajacymi ten zestaw od znanych tego typu zestawów jest ksztalt i budowa pulpitu zastosowanego w zestawie. Jak widac na ilustracji Fig. 1 i Fig. 2 stelaz pulpitu wykonany z rur sklada sie z czesci górnej i dolnej, oddzielonych od siebie tulejkami dystansowymi do regulacji wysokosci pulpitu. Do czesci górnej stelazu przymocowane sa: nachylony blat z charakterystycznym wycieciem do podparcia rak, pionowy blat stanowiacy podstawke pod ksiazki, blat do monitora komputera, azurowa pólka oraz prowadnica ramienia rury laczacej pulpit z krzeslem. Do czesci dolnej stelaza przymocowany jest podnózek a w podstawie stelaza zamontowane sa kólka sluzace do przemieszczania pulpitu badz calego zestawu. W/w konstrukcja pulpitu nie ma odpowiedników w innych znanych tego typu zestawach. Zastosowany w zestawie pulpit rózni sie od znanego urzadzenia p t. „korekcyjny pulpit do pisania i czytania" poniewaz ma dodane charakterystyczne elementy takie jak: blat pod monitor komputera, prowadnica elementu laczacego pulpit z krzeslem oraz kólka zainstalowane w podstawie stelaza, które to elementy konstrukcyjne zmieniaja wyglad i funkcjonalnosc pulpitu zastosowanego w zestawie. Przedstawiony na ilustracji Fig. 1 i Fig. 2 zestaw stanowi calosc o wysoce estetycznym wygladzie i wysokim stopniu uzytecznosci. Powierzchnie stelazy i elementy lacznika pokryte sa ekologiczna farba proszkowa w kolorach zalecanych norma dla mebli szkolnych. Blaty wykonane sa ze sklejki lisciastej z laminowana powierzchnia robocza badz z drewna litego. Siedzisko i oparcie krzesla wykonane jest ze sklejki profilowanej powleczonej ekologicznym bezbarwnym lakierem. Jak widac na ilustracji Fig. 1 i Fig. 2 blaty maja zaokraglone naroza i krawedzie co powoduje, ze zestaw jest urzadzeniem bezpiecznym w uzytkowaniu. Przeznaczenie wzoru przemyslowego. Wzór przemyslowy p t. „Zestaw korekcyjno-stabilizujacy" przeznaczony jest dla dzieci, mlodziezy i osób doroslych jako wlasciwe stanowisko do pisania, czytania badz pracy z komputerem, wymuszajace prawidlowa postawe siedzaca a tym samym zapobiegajace wadom postawy. Zestaw moze byc przeznaczony do stosowania w domu, szkole lub miejscu pracy, zastepujac stolik lub biurko.4 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. 1 . The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustration. Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show the set from two different perspectives. Fig. 1 shows the set from the side, top, and front. Fig. 2 shows the set from the side and back. As medical examinations show, a large number of children and adults have postural defects, including spinal curvatures. An equally large number of people complain of back pain occurring during prolonged sitting while writing, reading, or working on a computer. According to doctors, one of the causes of these ailments is improper sitting posture, especially when it persists for an extended period. The set shown in the attached illustration was designed to promote proper posture. The corrective and stabilizing set, as shown in this model, meets the requirements for proper sitting posture, and thus proper spine alignment and the functioning of the appropriate postural muscle groups, because it includes: - a height-adjustable tabletop, tilted and properly contoured for arm support, - a seat with height and distance adjustment, properly positioned relative to the tabletop, - an additional tabletop for a computer monitor, centrally positioned opposite the chair, - a bookstand installed at the prescribed distance, - a footrest with adjustable distance. In addition to its health benefits, the set in this design provides a comfortable work and study station, as it features: - ample space for writing utensils in the recess between the tabletop and the bookstand, - a safety feature to prevent an open book from closing automatically, - a shelf under the tabletop, - two wheels at the base of the frame, allowing the user to move the tabletop closer or further away, - hooks for hanging a bag, schoolbag, or backpack. This corrective and stabilizing set is designed for children and adults prone to back pain and posture problems due to improper sitting posture. An incorrect sitting position often results from failure to comply with height standards for tables and chairs, as well as failure to properly position the chair in relation to the table or desk (a chair moved too far from the table - excessively tilted position, a chair positioned diagonally to the table - twisted position). Correct positioning of the chair in relation to the table or desk can only occur when both pieces of furniture are connected together and can be moved mutually along a straight line. This type of solution was used in the industrial design entitled "Corrective and Stabilizing Set" shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Based on a comparison of the appearance and description of known sets of this type, contained in the documents: PL Ru57269 F.P.N. 1996.10.28 E P 1707076 Waldner L. 2006.10.04 EP 1093734 Dittrich A. 2001.04.25 US 2459257 WoodH. 1949.01.18 constituting the state of the art, we can state that the industrial design entitled "Corrective and stabilizing set" differs both in terms of appearance and applied construction solutions from the above-mentioned sets, and the solutions applied in these sets do not undermine the novelty and inventive level of this set. The presented illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 highlight the characteristic features in the appearance and construction of the industrial design. As shown in the illustration, the set is a device created by connecting a desk to a chair using a tube bent at a right angle, one arm of which is pivotally mounted under the chair seat, and the other arm is placed in a guide attached to the desk. This type of connection is the primary feature that distinguishes this set from other known sets of this type.3 Further features that distinguish this set from known sets of this type are the shape and construction of the desk used in the set. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the desk's frame, made of pipes, consists of upper and lower sections, separated by spacers for adjusting the desk height. Attached to the upper part of the frame are: an inclined tabletop with a characteristic cutout for arm rests, a vertical tabletop serving as a bookend, a tabletop for a computer monitor, a mesh shelf, and a guide for the arm of the tube connecting the desk to the chair. A footrest is attached to the bottom of the frame, and wheels are mounted in the frame base for moving the desk or the entire set. This desk design has no equivalents in other known sets of this type. The desk used in the set differs from the well-known device called a "corrective desk for writing and reading" because it has added distinctive elements such as a tabletop for a computer monitor, a guide for the element connecting the desk to the chair, and wheels installed in the base of the frame. These structural elements change the appearance and functionality of the desk used in the set. The set shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 constitutes a whole with a highly aesthetic appearance and a high degree of usability. The surfaces of the frame and connecting elements are coated with eco-friendly powder paint in colors recommended by the standard for school furniture. The tabletops are made of hardwood plywood with a laminated work surface or of solid wood. The seat and backrest of the chair are made of profiled plywood coated with ecological, colorless varnish. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the tabletops have rounded corners and edges, making the set safe to use. Intended use of the industrial design. The industrial design entitled "Corrective and stabilizing set" is intended for children, adolescents, and adults as a proper workstation for writing, reading, or working with a computer, encouraging correct sitting posture and thus preventing postural defects. The set can be used at home, at school, or in the workplace, replacing a table or desk. 4. Essential features of the industrial design. 1. A movable connection between a chair and a desk by means of a tube bent at a right angle, one arm of which is pivotally mounted under the chair seat and the other arm is placed in a guide attached to the desk, making it possible to move the chair relative to the desk or the desk relative to the chair along a straight line and to adjust the length of this movement while maintaining constant parallelism of the edges of the chair seat and the desk. 2. The characteristic shape and structure of the desk used in the set is distinguished by the fact that the desk frame, made of pipes, consists of two parts that move relative to each other, separated by spacer sleeves for height adjustment. The upper part is attached to: an inclined tabletop with a characteristic cutout for arm support, a tabletop serving as a bookcase, a tabletop for a computer monitor, a shelf, and a tube guide connecting the desk to the chair.
