Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac telefonu komórkowego przejawia sie zwlaszcza w lagodnie wypuklej powierzchni tylnej, wypuklych dluzszych powierzchni bocznych, wyoblonych wszystkich krawedziach, przy czym krawedz przy powierzchni przedniej wykonana jest w srebrnym kolorze, a takze w wielkosci oznaczen cyfrowych, literowych oraz graficznych, wyraznie zaznaczonych i powiekszonych. Telefon komórkowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w dowolnych kolorach i ich odcieniach oraz w dowolnych zestawach kolorów i ich odcieni, przy czym wyoblona krawedz przy powierzchni przedniej oraz czesciowo przy dluzszych i krótszych bokach jest w srebrnym kolorze. The new and unique form of the mobile phone is evident in its gently convex rear surface, convex long sides, rounded edges, with the edge on the front surface being silver, and the size of the numerical, letter, and graphic markings, clearly marked and enlarged. The mobile phone, according to the industrial design, is manufactured in any color and shade, and in any combination of colors and shades, with the rounded edge on the front surface and partially on the long and short sides being silver. The mobile phone is shown in the drawing, in which: - Fig. 1 shows a fireplace telephone in a front view, in which all the elements constituting the front wall are slightly convex, and starting from the top, on the front surface there is a horizontal narrow slit, then a rectangular display, and below, in the upper row, there are two outer quadrilateral keys with gently rounded outer edges, which contain: the left key, an obliquely placed image of a green telephone receiver and the inscription "ok." , the right key, a horizontally placed image of a crossed-out red telephone receiver and a red circle with an inner red line, while between these keys there are two horizontally placed quadrilateral keys with gently rounded inner edges touching each other, with white markings of horizontal white lines, each located on a horizontal, narrow convex surface with rounded corners, then on the front surface there are keys with gently rounded outer and inner vertical edges, with numbers from 1 to 9 placed on them, where starting from the key with the number "2" also with letters of the alphabet, while the lower two outer keys, each with a rounded corner edge and additionally in the shape of an arc, and a rounded vertical inner edge, contain: the left key is a graphic symbol with a graphic representation of a female bust in profile, the right key is a graphic symbol with a graphic representation of a male bust in profile, while the middle key with gently curved horizontal bottom and vertical inner edges has the number "0" and horizontal lines of various lengths and a horizontally placed loudspeaker marking; - Fig. 2 shows a view of one longer side of the telephone, on which there are two, differently sized, quadrilateral function buttons, on the surface of which there are rows of convex dots 2 and function symbols, wherein the edges of the longer sides of the telephone are curved, and the surface of the longer sides and one edge are partially silver; - Fig. 3 shows a rear view of the mobile phone, in which on its gently curved surface, in the upper part, there is a four-sided, slightly concave and with convex edges, orange button with the inscription "SOS", above which there is a convex strip and below it a convex triangle, while the rear surface, next to the button, is smooth in the upper part and partially has holes, which in the vicinity of the button are through holes, while on the remaining rear surface, the holes are arranged in series but are not through holes. - Fig. 4 shows the view of the upper, shorter side of the telephone, in which there are functional openings and two glazed openings, placed on a quadrilateral surface, the corners of the lower edge of which are rounded and through a gentle concavity pass into the remaining part of this side, while in part the surface of the shorter side and one of its edges are silver, and the remaining edges are also rounded; - Fig. 5 shows the view of the lower, shorter side of the phone, in which there are functional openings, and the edges of this side are rounded, with part of the surface and one edge being silver. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the mobile phone are manifested in the fact that the phone has the form of a cuboid with rounded surfaces and gentle edges, in particular a gently convex rear surface, convex longer side surfaces, all rounded edges, the rounded edge at the front surface being made in silver, as well as the size of the numerical, letter and graphic markings, clearly marked and enlarged, wherein: - at the front, all elements constituting the front wall are slightly convex, while starting from the top, on the front surface there is a horizontal narrow slit, then a rectangular display, and below, in the upper row, there are two external quadrilateral keys with gently rounded outer edges, which contain: the left key, a diagonally placed image of a green telephone receiver and the inscription "ok.", the right key, a horizontally placed image of a crossed-out red telephone receiver and a red circle with an inner red line, and between these keys there are two horizontally placed quadrilateral keys with inner, touching, gently rounded edges, with white markings of horizontal white lines, each located on a horizontal, narrow convex surface with rounded corners, then on the front surface there are keys with gently rounded outer and inner vertical edges, with numbers from 1 to 9 placed on them, whereby starting from the key with the number "2" also with letters of the alphabet, and 4the lower two outer keys, each with a rounded corner edge and additionally in the shape of an arc, and a rounded vertical inner edge, contain: the left key a graphic symbol with a graphic representation of a female bust in profile, and the right key contains a graphic symbol "#" with a graphic representation of a male bust in profile, while the middle key with gently rounded horizontal lower and vertical inner edges has the number "0" and horizontal lines of various lengths and a horizontally placed loudspeaker symbol, - on the longer sides of the phone, there are two, equally sized, quadrilateral function buttons, on the surface of which there are rows of convex dots and function symbols, wherein the edges of the longer sides of the phone are rounded, and part of the surface of the longer sides and one of their edges are silver, - on the rear, gently rounded surface in the upper part there is a quadrilateral, slightly concave and with convex edges, orange button with the inscription "SOS", above which there is a convex strip and below it a convex triangle, while the rear surface, next to the button, is smooth in the upper part and in part has holes which in the vicinity of the button are pass-through, while on the remaining rear surface, holes arranged in rows are not pass-through, - while on the upper, shorter side of the phone there are functional holes and two glazed holes located on the quadrilateral surface, the corners of the lower edge of which are rounded and through a gentle concavity pass into the remaining part of this side, while in part the surface of the shorter side and its edge are silver, and the remaining edges are rounded, and on the lower, shorter side of the phone there are functional holes, and the edges of this side are rounded. 6Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
