The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a mobile phone manifested in the features of contour lines and shapes that give it an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the phone in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the phone in a back view, Fig. 3 shows the side of the phone located on the right side of the front wall and Fig. 4 shows the side of the phone located on the left side of the front wall. The mobile phone according to the industrial design has a body in the shape of a cuboid with rounded corners. The front wall of the phone is made of a peripheral frame surrounding a glass placed in the upper part of the wall covering a rectangular display and a keyboard located underneath it. The display glass is rectangular in shape with rounded upper corners and a slightly upward curved upper edge. An elongated, horizontal speaker hole is created in the center at the upper edge of the display glass. The keyboard mounted under the display glass is formed by five horizontal rows of adjacent buttons. Each row contains three buttons. The buttons located in the first row under the display are higher than the buttons located in the other rows of the keyboard. On the surface of the middle button of the first row are two equal-length curved curves, with the curve curved upwards located at the upper edge of the button and the curve curved downwards located at the lower edge of the button. On the surface of the outer buttons of the first row are vertically curved curves open towards the middle button. The lower edge of the second row of buttons and the lower and upper edges of the third, fourth and fifth rows of buttons are bent downwards in an arc. The upper edge of the second, third, fourth and fifth row buttons is milled. The outer buttons of the lower row of the keyboard have their outer edges slightly bevelled in an arc, which is why the frame surrounding them in this place is slightly widened. The buttons located in the middle rows of the keyboard have large numbers from 1 to 9, and additionally on the button with the number 1 there is a symbol under this number, and on the buttons with the numbers from 2 to 9 there are large letters of the alphabet under these numbers, in the amount of three or four letters under each number. In the lower row of the keyboard, on the button located on the left side, there is a symbol ? and an image of a male face, the button on the right has the symbol # and an image of a female face, and the middle button has the number 0 and a graphic showing an open square bracket above which is the speaker symbol and three horizontal lines gradually increasing in length. The rear wall of the phone is a cover with its edges reaching the frame of the front wall of the phone and a flap embedded in it. The surface of the rear wall of the phone has a delicate mesh structure. In the cover, above the flap, there is a button in the shape of a rectangle with bulging sides, which has an oval-shaped concavity on its surface. On the right, upper side of the button, three elongated holes are created, parallel to each other and at a 45° angle to the horizontal. The outer holes are the same length and shorter than the central hole between them. Two buttons are mounted on the side surfaces of the phone at the line of contact between the front panel frame and the rear panel cover. The buttons located on the side surface of the phone on the right side of the front panel are the same, they have the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners and have a shaped projection with four horizontal linear recesses on their surface. The upper button located on the side surface of the phone on the left side of the front panel is narrow and elongated, and the lower button located below is in the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners and has a shaped projection with four horizontal linear recesses on its surface. The myPhone inscription is placed on the display glass. Essential features of the industrial design A mobile phone according to the industrial design is characterized by the fact that it has a body in the shape of a cuboid with rounded corners, the front wall of the phone is formed from a peripheral frame surrounding a glass placed in the upper part of the wall, protecting a rectangular display and a keyboard located underneath it, and the rear wall of the phone is a cover reaching with its edges to the frame of the front wall of the phone and a flap embedded in it. The display glass is in the shape of a rectangle with rounded upper corners and a slightly upwardly curved upper edge. At the upper edge of the display glass, in the middle, an elongated, horizontal loudspeaker opening is created. The keyboard embedded under the display glass is formed by five horizontal rows of adjacent buttons. Each row contains three buttons. The buttons in the first row below the display are higher than the buttons in the other rows of the keyboard. The surface of the middle button of the first row has two equal-length curved arcs, with the curve curved upwards located at the upper edge of the button and the curve curved downwards located at the lower edge of the button. The surface of the outer buttons of the first row has vertically curved arcs open towards the middle button. The lower edge of the second row of buttons and the lower and upper edges of the third, fourth and fifth rows of buttons are curved downwards. The upper edge of the buttons of the second, third, fourth and fifth rows is milled. The outer buttons of the lower row of the keyboard have their outer edges slightly cut off in an arc, which is why the frame surrounding them in this place is slightly widened. In the bottom row of the keyboard, the button on the left has the symbol ? and an image of a male face, the button on the right has the symbol # and an image of a female face, and the middle button has the number 0 and a graphic showing an open square bracket above which is the speaker symbol and three horizontal lines gradually increasing in length.
