Pojemnik do obróbki i transportu katalizatorów w postaci pionowego cylindrycznego naczynia z perforowanym dnem stożkowym, posiadający od góry belkę krzyżakową i suwadło, połączone za pomocą łącznika z ruchowym zawieradłem, znamienny tym, że suwadło (6) wyposażone jest w ograniczniki ruchu do góry (15), które w położeniu zamknięcia pojemnika od dołu zawieradłem (4) opierają się o krzyżakową belkę (2).1. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest pojemnik do obróbki i transportu katalizatorów, który wykorzystywany jest zwłaszcza w procesie produkcyjnym katalizatorów, w końcowym jego stadium.The subject of the invention is a container for the treatment and transport of catalysts, which is used especially in the final stage of the production of catalysts.

Przy produktu katalizatorów stosuje się pojemniki na katalizator zbudowane jako pionowe naczynia ze stożkowym, perforowanym dnem. Na dole dna stożkowego znajduje się otwór służący do wysypywania katalizatora. Otwór ten zamykany jest za pomocą zawieradła w kształcie stożka. Zawieradło podciągane jest do góry łącznikiem rurowym, który w górnej części pojemnika przesuwa się w otworze krzyżakowej belki i posiada chwytak wykorzystywany do transportu np. przy użyciu suwnicy. Wadą takiego rozwiązania jest to, że zawieradło i łącznik przenoszą całą siłę ciężaru naładowanego katalizatorem pojemnika.
