Tkanina obiciowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tkanina obiciowa, znajdujaca zastosowanie w tapicerstwie do wykonywania pokryc mebli wyscielanych. Tkanina moze tez byc stosowana do wykonywania tapicerki samochodowej oraz innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.1 - ilustrujacej tkanine w widoku z góry oraz na rysunku, fig.2. Ta miesista, puszysta i chropowata tkanina jest zdobiona wzorem stylizujacym glebie morska. Zdobienie w postaci elementów stylizujacych glebie morska tworza linie i pola, pozbawione wiazek wlókna nadajacych tkaninie puszystosc. Pola te maja zarys ryb morskich róznej wielkosci i róznych ksztaltów, charakterystycznych dla toni morskiej, zarys muszli i innych zyjatek morskich, takich jak konik morski. Z pyska niektórych ryb sa wypuszczane babelki powietrza. Pomiedzy zyjatkami morskimi widoczne sa rosliny morskie, które stylizuja cienkie, wklesle linie. Niektóre z tych linii krzyzuja sie. Pola stanowiace zarys ryb i zyjatek morskich sa w odmiennym kolorze niz pozostala powierzchnia tkaniny. The fabric can also be used for automotive upholstery and other applications. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with character through the use of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph (Fig. 1), illustrating the fabric from a top view, and in the drawing (Fig. 2). The upholstery fabric, according to the industrial design, can be made from natural or synthetic fibers. Essential features of an industrial design include a fabric surface that is fleshy, fluffy, and rough, composed of tiny tufts of hair arranged side by side, tightly adhered to each other, and bending in different directions when touched. This fleshy, fluffy, and rough fabric is decorated with a pattern resembling seabed. The seabed-like elements are adorned with lines and fields, devoid of the fiber bundles that give the fabric its fluffiness. These fields have the outline of marine fish of various sizes and shapes characteristic of the ocean depths, as well as the outline of shells and other marine life, such as seahorses. Air bubbles are released from the mouths of some fish. Marine plants are visible between the marine life, stylizing thin, concave lines. Some of these lines intersect. The fields constituting the outline of fish and marine life are in a different color than the rest of the fabric.
