Zakrywka do butelki Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zakrywka do butelki. Dotychczas wytwarzane zakrywki do butelek, które maja umiejscowiona wewnatrz gwintowana wkladka z tworzywa, dzieki której uzyskuje sie gladka powierzchnie boczna. Gladkie powierzchnie boczne zakrywki pokrywa sie farba lub lakierem. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zakrywki przejawiajaca sie w jej indywidualnym charakterze nadanym jej w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, kolorystyke, strukture powierzchni oraz jej ornamentacje, co wplywa na oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do osiagniecia celów estetycznych, a takze podniesienia atrakcyjnosci nabywania zakrywek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zakrywke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - zakrywke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - zakrywke w przekroju B-B, zas fig. 4 - zakrywke w przekroju A-A. Zakrywka u góry i u dolu ma niewielkie kolnierze. Scinka górna jest okragla, zas boczna scianka utworzona jest ze stykajacych sie prostokatów, która w widoku z góry jest dwunastokatem foremnym. Poszczególne prostokaty lacza sie z kolnierzami pochylymi sciankami z pólkolistymikrawedziami. Wewnatrz zakrywki, w jej górnej czesci, w przyblizeniu do 1/3 jej wysokosci usytuowana jest wkladka z tworzywa z gwintem. Ponizej dolnego kolnierza zakrywka ma waski pierscien, który pozostaje na butelce po odkreceniu zakrywki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze zakrywka u góry i u dolu ma niewielkie kolnierze. Scinka górna jest okragla, zas boczna scianka utworzona jest ze stykajacych sie prostokatów, która w widoku z góry jest dwunastokatem foremnym. Poszczególne prostokaty lacza sie z kolnierzami pochylymi sciankami z pólkolistymi krawedziami. Ponizej dolnego kolnierza zakrywka ma waski pierscien, który pozostaje na butelce po odkreceniu zakrywki, jak pokazano na fig. 1 - fig. 4. 2fig.1 fig.3 fig.4 fig.2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle cap. Previously manufactured bottle caps have a threaded plastic insert inside, which creates a smooth side surface. The smooth side surfaces of the cap are then coated with paint or varnish. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the cap, manifesting itself in its individual character, given to it in particular by the features of the lines, colors, surface structure, and its ornamentation, which contributes to a unique appearance aimed at achieving aesthetic goals and increasing the attractiveness of purchasing the caps. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the cap in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the cap in a side view, Fig. 3 - the cap in cross-section B-B, and Fig. 4 - the cap in cross-section A-A. The cap has small flanges at the top and bottom. The top face is circular, while the side wall is formed of adjoining rectangles, which, when viewed from above, form a regular dodecagon. The individual rectangles are connected to the flanges by sloping walls with semicircular edges. Inside the cap, in its upper part, approximately one-third of its height, is a threaded plastic insert. Below the lower flange, the cap has a narrow ring that remains on the bottle after unscrewing the cap. The essential features of the industrial design are that the cap has small flanges at the top and bottom. The top face is circular, while the side wall is formed of adjoining rectangles, which, when viewed from above, form a regular dodecagon. The individual rectangles are connected to the flanges by sloping walls with semicircular edges.
