Klips magnetyczny wedlug wzoru stanowi alternatywe dla tradycyjnych sposobów upinania zaslon i firan. Klips daje mozliwosc fantazyjnego upinania oraz podwieszania zaslon, firan, kotar i innych w celu nadania im oryginalnych, bardzo indywidualnych form. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz materialu. Klips magnetyczny wedlug wzoru zbudowany jest z dwóch symetrycznych, ozdobnych elementów polaczonych elastycznym lacznikiem. It can be used as a hanging element, as a decorative element, and as a finishing element in interior design, particularly for securing curtains and drapes. The magnetic clip, as designed, offers an alternative to traditional methods of securing curtains and drapes. The clip allows for creative pinning and hanging of curtains, drapes, drapes, and other items, giving them original, highly individual forms. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given its unique character by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. The magnetic clip, as designed, is composed of two symmetrical, decorative elements connected by a flexible connector. The decorative elements can be made of glass, metal, plastic, or wood, while the flexible connector can be a metal cable, chain, or decorative string. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 - shows the magnetic clip in the first variant of the industrial design, in a general top view, Fig. 2 - shows the magnetic clip in the second variant of the industrial design, in a general top view.- 2 - Essential features of the industrial design The magnetic clip for fastening curtains and drapes according to variant 1 of the industrial design, shown in the drawing, Fig. 1, has essential features of an industrial design, characterized in that it consists of two decorative elements 1, 1a with a shape similar to a section of an ellipsoid of revolution, intersected by a plane parallel to the longer axis of the ellipsoid. Decorative elements 1, 1a are connected to each other by a flexible connector 2 attached to the vertices 3, 3a of the longer axis of these elements. The magnetic clip for fastening curtains and drapes according to variant 2 of the industrial design, shown in the drawing, Fig. 2, has significant features of the industrial design, characterized in that it consists of two decorative elements 4, 4a in the shape similar to a pyramid built on a rhombus base. The decorative elements 4, 4a are connected to each other by a flexible connector 5 attached to the vertices 6, 6a of these elements, located on the longer axis of the rhombuses of the pyramid base.
