Abstract
Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest emalia podstawowa przeznaczona do emaliowania różnych gatunków stali metodą nakładania kilku warstw emalii i ich wspólnego wypalania. Emalie te mogą być nakładane wszystkimi typowymi technikami emalierskimi jak: elektrostatyka, natrysk, elektroforeza.The subject of the invention is a basic enamel intended for enamelling various steel grades by applying several enamel layers and firing them together. These enamels can be applied with all typical enamel techniques, such as: electrostatics, spraying, electrophoresis.
Znane są emalie podstawowe z opisów patentowych RFN: nr 2528 601, nr 3 ii7 706, nr 3 209 140, nr 3 238 097, oraz patentu europejskiego EU 0089418 - zaś ich składy chemiczne wyrażone w częściach wagowych zostały przedstawione w poniższej tabeli I.Basic enamels are known from German patents: No. 2528 601, No. 3 and 7 706, No. 3 209 140, No. 3 238 097, and European patent EU 0089 418 - and their chemical compositions expressed in parts by weight are presented in the table below.

Wśród znanych wad tych emalii należy wymienić to, że jakość powłok wielowarstwowych wspólnie wypalanych w decydującym stopniu zależy od grubości i równomierności nałożenia emalii podstawowej. Emalie te wykazują również bardzo dużą wrażliwość na wszelkie wahania parametrów technologicznych oraz zakłócenia w toku produkcji talie jak przesuszenia powłoki emalii podstawowej przed nałożeniem emalii kryjącej i in.
