Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kostka brukowa przeznaczona do formowania powierzchni plaskich i przestrzennych o dowolnym ksztalcie.The subject of the industrial design is a paving stone designed for forming flat and spatial surfaces of any shape.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach na których pokazano w widoku kolejne odmiany kostki brukowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego. Na rysunku fig. 1 przedstawiono kostke brukowa o podstawie prostokata, na rysunku fig. 2 przedstawiono kostke brukowa o podstawie zblizonej do dwuteownika, oraz na rysunku fig. 3 przedstawiono kostke brukowa o podstawie prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami.The subject of the industrial design is presented on the attached illustrations, which show successive varieties of paving stones according to the industrial design. W warstwie fakturowej moze znajdowac sie dodatek rozdrobnionego szkla, co sprawia, ze jej powierzchnia, jest polyskujaca, odbijajaca swiatlo i jest lepiej widoczna.
