Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest galanteria betonowa w postaci drobnowymiarowych elementów betonowych, w szczególnosci krawezników, znajdujaca zastosowanie do formowania powierzchni przestrzennych o dowolnym ksztalcie.The subject of the industrial design is concrete accessories in the form of small-sized concrete elements, in particular curbs, which can be used to form spatial surfaces of any shape.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach na których pokazano w widoku kolejne odmiany galanterii betonowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego. Na rysunku fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 przedstawiono kraweznik betonowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w trzech odmianach.The subject of the industrial design is presented on the attached illustrations, which show successive varieties of concrete accessories according to the industrial design. Figures 1, 2 and 3 show a concrete curb according to an industrial design in three variants.

Galanteria betonowa w postaci krawezników wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakterystyczna jest tym, ze kraweznik sklada sie z dwóch warstw. Warstwe dolna stanowi warstwa betonu wibroprasowanego. Warstwe górna stanowi warstwa fakturowa trwale barwiona na kolor kontrastowy z kolorem warstwy podstawy, korzystnie z dodatkiem rozdrobnionego szkla. Obie warstwy polaczone sa ze soba nierozlacznie. Górna powierzchnia jest polyskujaca, odbijajaca swiatlo i jest lepiej widoczna zarówno w dzien jak i w nocy. The bottom layer is made of vibro-pressed concrete. The top layer is a textured layer permanently dyed in a color contrasting with the color of the base layer, preferably with the addition of ground glass. Both layers are inseparably connected with each other. The top surface is glossy, reflective and is better visible both during the day and at night. The colored layer may also be coated with a fluorescent paint.

Warstwe podstawy stanowi warstwa betonu niebarwionego. Warstwe fakturowa wierzchnia stanowi warstwa trwale barwiona na kolor kontrastujacy z kolorem warstwy podstawy. W warstwie fakturowej znajduje sie dodatek rozdrobnionego szkla, co sprawia, ze powierzchnia ta jest polyskujaca, odbijajaca swiatlo i jest lepiej widoczna.The base layer is a layer of uncolored concrete.
