Kostka brukowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kostka brukowa, przeznaczona do utwardzania nawierzchni placów spacerowych, parkingów, alei, promenad i podobnych obiektów przeznaczonych glównie do ruchu pieszego. Paving stones The subject of the industrial design is paving stones, intended for hardening the surface of walking squares, parking lots, alleys, promenades and similar facilities intended mainly for pedestrian traffic.

Kostka stanowi imitacje naturalnej kostki brukowej z kamienia i zbudowana jest z betonowego klocka o nieregularnych plaszczyznach stykowych, w których jednym ze skladników jest potluczony kamien. Górna strona kostki uksztaltowana jest w formie nieregularnej pofaldowanej powierzchni z nieregularna linia stykowa do kolejnej kostki, tworzac w ten sposób imitacje bruku z kamienia naturalnego. The cube is an imitation of natural stone paving stones and is made of a concrete block with irregular contact surfaces, in which one of the ingredients is broken stone. The essence of the industrial pattern is to equip the upper surface with a characteristic strip color, in which the colors of the strands change from darker on one side to lighter on the other, while the color of the middle strip is intermediate between the colors of the extreme strands.

Takie ubarwienie wraz ze wspomnianym uksztaltowaniem powierzchni, tworzy efektowny uklad odznaczajacy sie mozaika barw na tle nieregularnej powierzchni. Odpowiednio dobrana do otoczenia mozaika kolorów daje szczególne efekty widokowe.Kostka w siedmiu odmianach przedstawiona zostala na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na Fig.l przedstawiono zestaw barw podstawowych, z których buduje sie kolorystyke pasmowa powierzchni górnych poszczególnych odmian wzoru. Te barwy, to kolejno szara, grafitowa, ceglasta, brazowa, pomaranczowa i zólta. Natomiast sama kostka w siedmiu odmianach wykonania przedstawiona zostala na Fig. 2 do 8. Such a coloration, together with the above-mentioned shape of the surface, creates an attractive arrangement characterized by a mosaic of colors on the background of an irregular surface. The mosaic of colors appropriately selected for the environment gives special visual effects. The cube in seven varieties is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a set of basic colors, which are used to build the band colors of the upper surfaces of individual varieties of the pattern. These colors are gray, graphite, brick red, brown, orange and yellow respectively. On the other hand, the cube itself is shown in Figs. 2 to 8 in seven embodiments.

Kostka na Fig. 2 przedstawiona zostala w ubarwieniu powierzchni górnej od grafitowego poprzez szary do jasnoszarego, na Fig. 3 od ceglastego do grafitowego, na Fig. 4 od brazowego do pomaranczowego, na Fig. 5 od pomaranczowego do jasnoszarego, zas na Fig.6 od pomaranczowego do zóltego. Nastepne odmiany to pokazana na Fig. 7 kostka z ubarwieniem pasmowym od grafitowego do zóltego, a na Fig. 8 od brazowego do zóltego. Z takich ubarwionych i nieregularnie uksztaltowanych kostek, mozna tworzyc ciag powierzchni z mozaika barw, stanowiacych wraz z otoczeniem bardzo urozmaicona utwardzona nawierzchnie, przykladowo z imitacja barw lisci jesiennych lub innych skojarzen z przedmiotami otoczenia, w zaleznosci od fantazji ukladajacego kostke brukowa Taka mozaika ubarwien nawierzchni tworzy wraz z jej nieregularnym uksztaltowaniem, przyjazne dla otoczenia odczucie barw, szczególnie mile odczuwane na ciagach spacerowych i podobnych miejscach uczeszczanych zwlaszcza przez pieszych.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, to przedstawiona na Fig. 2 do 8 kolorystyka górnej powierzchni kostki brukowej, na tle pofaldowanej górnej jej powierzchni. Kolorystyka pasmowa charakteryzuje sie przebiegiem pasem kolorów od ciemniejszej do jasniejszej, gdzie pasmo srodkowe jest z reguly w kolorze posrednim pomiedzy kolorami pasem skrajnych. Kolorystyka pasmowa jest tworzona z barw podstawowych przedstawionych na Fig. 1.Fig. 1.
