Abstract

Ship sanitary unit, constructed from prefabricated boards, completely equipped and ready for installation in a modular system for internal layout of ships, consisting of a floor in the shape of a bath, fixed walls and ceiling, in particular, the curved edge of the floor (1) is permanently connected to tubular pillars (2), extended at the bottom with channel sections to strengthen joints (16), providing a skeletal construction for the sanitary unit, between which prefabricated wall boards are inserted (3) as well as corner boards (4), which are closed with a bent section at the bottom (23), on which rest the lower edges of the walls (29, 30), whereby all the walls are held together by the channel section frame (6) of the roof, of which shelves are permanently attached by means of connecting elements (14,41) with the tubular pillars (2) by means of bent edges of insulated wall boards (3) and the bend edge (23) of the ceiling and a masking element (7) placed on the inside of the unit, whereby the floor (1) has a set-off and two layers, and the lower layer with a gentle slope under the shower (38) forms a basin (10), the floor is insulated from below (11) and at least three adjustable foot supports (12) and at the top the unit is equipped with a lifting eye (13) fitted near the corner boards to the tubular pillars (2) with the aid of connecting elements (22) and permanently attached in these pillars with stoppers (15), whereby from the inside of the unit...<IMAGE>

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest okrętowy blok sanitarny wykonany z prefabrykowanych płyt, kompletnie wyposażony na prefabrykacji w urządzenia sanitarne i inne akcesoria, przystosowany do instalowania w modułowym systemie wyposażenia wnętrz okrętowych.The subject of the invention is a ship's sanitary block made of prefabricated plates, fully equipped with prefabrication with sanitary devices and other accessories, adapted to be installed in a modular system of ship interiors.

Znany dotychczas z polskiego opisu patentowego nr 117 687 okrętowy blok sanitarny wykonany jest w postaci korpusu stanowiącego samonośną konstrukcję, utworzoną ze ściennych i sufitowych kaset, połączonych trwale między sobą oraz w narożach z kasetami narożnikowymi przy pomocy zgrzewania punktowego sąsiadujących ze sobą zagiętych obrzeży tych kaset, przy czym po ich złączeniu stanowią usztywnienia samonośnej konstrukcji bloku. Całość tej konstrukcji ustawiona jest na podłodze w kształcie wanny z wywiniętym na zewnątrz obrzeżem i trwale obrzeża te są ze sobą złączone za pomocą zgrzewania punktowego i spawania, tworząc samonośny zamknięty korpus. Taka konstrukcja bloku stwarza dość duże trudności technologiczne związane z wykonywaniem powłoki dekoracyjnej wewnątrz bloku, którą nakłada się dopiero po zakończeniu spawania i zgrzewania. Powoduje to także dużą pracochłonność wykonania oraz stwarza duże zagrożenie bezpieczeństwa pracy przy montażu bloku jak też powoduje duże zagrożenie pożarowe. Cel ten został osiągnięty przez opracowanie szkieletowej konstrukcji bloku sanitarnego o wymiarach odpowiadających modułowej koordynacji wymiarowej pomieszczeń bytowych na statku, zabudowanej znanymi prefabrykowanymi płytami w postaci cienkościennych metalowych kaset z zawiniętymi na półki profilu ceowego obrzeżami, we wnętrzu których ulokowana jest izolacja termiczna. Bazę szkieletowej konstrukcji bloku stanowi podłoga wytłoczona z dość grubej metalowej blachy, także w kształcie kasety lecz jednostronnie otwartej, której trzy obrzeża są dwukrotnie zagięte w przeciwnych kierunkach, ku górze i na zewnątrz, równolegle do płaszczyzny zasadniczej, zaś obrzeże otwarte tworzy styk z jednokrotnie zagiętym obrzeżem podłogowej wytłoczki przeznaczonej na brodzik, a całość po spawaniu tego styku ma kształt wanny ze spadem podłogi w kierunku kratki ściekowej w brodziku. Podłoga kasetowa pokryta jest elastyczną wodoodporną wykładziną a od spodu zaopatrzona jest w przynajmniej trzy regulowane podpory nogowe oraz ma przytwierdzoną izolację cieplną, zabezpieczoną na zewnątrz metalową folią. Do wygiętych obrzeży podłogi przytwierdzone są trwale rurowe słupki, korzystnie o przekroju kwadratowym, przedłużone ku dołowi wzmacniającymi złącze ceownikami, stanowiące konstrukcję szkieletową bloku sanitarnego. Pomiędzy tymi słupkami suwliwie osadzone są prefabrykowane płyty ścienne i płyty narożnikowe bloku, których cienkościenne blaszane kasety od wnętrza i niektóre na zewnątrz bloku pokryte są folią PCV a pozostałe zewnętrzne są ocynkowane, przy czym płyty te w części dolnej zamknięte od spodu profilem w kształcie litery L, łączącym obie blaszane kasety poprzez zawinięcie na nim ich dolnych obrzeży - wsparte są na zagiętym obrzeżu podłogi i trwale z nim złączone. Sufit bloku wykonany jest z nieco grubszej blachy niż kasety, wytłoczonej także w kształcie wanny, na którego obrzeża, dwukrotnie zagięte, nałożony jest przylgowo swoimi półkami profil ceowy obejmujący także prefabrykowane płyty ścienne i narożnikowe, osadzone pomiędzy rurowymi słupkami wraz z elementem maskujących - i półki tego profilu ceowego, stanowiącego obramowanie sufitu, są też trwale złączone z rurowymi słupkami. Wewnątrz tej sufitowej kasety usytuowana jest izolacja cieplna przykryta od góry cienkościennym poszyciem, ponad którym w narożach bloku umocowane są transportowe ucha do rurowych słupków za pośrednictwem ich zaślepki i elementów złącznych, zaś od wnętrza bloku sufit pokryty jest paroodporną wykładziną. Wszystkie złącza stykowe izolowanych płyt ściennych i narożnikowych oraz wykładzin zabezpieczone są elastycznym wodoodpornym szczeliwem.This goal was achieved by developing a skeletal structure of the sanitary block with dimensions corresponding to the modular dimensional coordination of living rooms on the ship, built-up with known prefabricated plates in the form of thin-walled metal cassettes with rims wrapped on the C-profile shelves, inside which thermal insulation is located. Tubular posts, preferably of square cross-section, extended downwards with U-bars reinforcing the joint, constituting the framework structure of the sanitary block, are permanently attached to the curved edges of the floor. Between these posts, prefabricated wall panels and corner plates of the block are slidably mounted, the thin-walled metal cassettes from the inside and some of the outside of the block are covered with PVC foil, and the other external ones are galvanized, while these panels in the lower part are closed from the bottom with an L-shaped profile connecting both metal cassettes by folding their lower edges on it - they are supported on the bent edge of the floor and permanently connected to it. The block's ceiling is made of a slightly thicker metal sheet than the cassette, also embossed in the shape of a bathtub, on the edges of which, bent twice, are pressed with its shelves, a U-profile including also prefabricated wall and corner panels, embedded between tubular posts with a masking element - and shelves of this C-profile, constituting a ceiling framing, are also permanently connected to the tubular posts. Inside this ceiling cassette there is a thermal insulation covered from above with a thin-walled sheathing, above which, in the corners of the block, transport eyes are attached to the tubular posts via their plugs and fasteners, and from the inside of the block, the ceiling is covered with a vapor-proof lining. All butt joints of the insulated wall and corner panels as well as the floor coverings are secured with a flexible waterproof sealant.
