Lawka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lawka, posiadajaca skladane siedzisko. Wzór znajduje zastosowanie w waskich alejkach cmentarnych, parkowych i ogrodowych, gdy ze wzgledu na zageszczenie innych obiektów lub usytuowanie terenu nie ma mozliwosci ustawienia typowych lawek. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltów oraz barwe i rodzaj powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.1 przedstawia lawke z siedziskiem w polozeniu gotowosci do uzytku, fig. 2 przedstawia lawke z siedziskiem uniesionym do góry, fig. 3 przedstawia lawke z siedziskiem zamknietym, zas fig. 4 przedstawia lawke z siedziskiem w polozeniu gotowosci do uzytku, ustawiona w alei. Lawka wedlug wzoru sklada sie z siedziska i dwóch nóg z poprzeczka. Lawka ma powierzchnie czarna, gladka i lsniaca. Siedzisko lawki jest wykonane z trzech ksztaltowników o przekroju prostokatnym, umieszczonych pomiedzy dwoma katownikami i trwale z nimi polaczonych. Siedzisko jest polaczone obrotowo z dwiema nogami wzdluz osi przechodzacej przez srodek jednego z zewnetrznych ksztaltowników. Umozliwia to podniesienie siedziska, co uwidoczniono na ilustracji fig.2, jegoobrót i nastepnie opuszczenie na dól, co umozliwia zlozenie lawki, gdy nie jest uzywana, co uwidoczniono na ilustracji fig.3. Nogi sa wykonane z ksztaltowników o przekroju prostokatnym i polaczone sa ze soba poprzeczka. Poprzeczka laczaca nogi lawki umieszczona jest pod siedziskiem w odleglosci równej w przyblizeniu szerokosci siedziska. W poblizu górnego konca kazdej nogi znajduje sie zaczep w postaci prostopadloscianu trwale przytwierdzony do nogi i usytuowany tak, ze os wzdluzna nogi i os wzdluzna zaczepu sa do siebie prostopadle. Lawka przygotowana do uzytku ma siedzisko oparte o zaczepy, co uwidoczniono na ilustracji fig.1. Lawka jest przeznaczona do umieszczenia jej trwale w podlozu, wobec czego jej nogi maja dlugosc umozliwiajaca osadzenie na przyklad w betonie. The design is suitable for narrow paths in cemeteries, parks, and gardens, where the density of other structures or the terrain make it impossible to place typical benches. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of lines, contours, and shapes, as well as the color and type of surface. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the bench with the seat in the ready-to-use position, Fig. 2 shows the bench with the seat raised, Fig. 3 shows the bench with the seat closed, and Fig. 4 shows the bench with the seat in the ready-to-use position, placed in an alley. According to the design, the bench consists of a seat and two legs with a crossbar. The bench has a black, smooth, and glossy surface. The bench seat is made of three rectangular sections, placed between two angle brackets and permanently connected to them. The seat is pivotally connected to two legs along an axis passing through the center of one of the outer sections. This allows the seat to be raised, as shown in Fig. 2, rotated, and then lowered, allowing the bench to be folded away when not in use, as shown in Fig. 3. The legs are made of rectangular sections and are connected by a crossbar. The crossbar connecting the legs is placed under the seat at a distance approximately equal to the width of the seat. Near the upper end of each leg, a cuboid attachment point is permanently attached to the leg and positioned so that the longitudinal axis of the leg and the longitudinal axis of the attachment point are perpendicular to each other. When ready for use, the bench has a seat resting on the attachment points, as shown in Figure 1. The bench is designed to be permanently embedded in the ground, so its legs are long enough to be embedded in concrete, for example. The bench embedded in the ground is shown in Fig. 4.
