Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany z zóltego i bialego zlota z brylantami. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek z oprawa czterokrapowa, biala w ksztalcie zaokraglonej litery V kwadratowa. Zamiast podbudowy posiada wzmocnienia miedzy krapami w ksztalcie odwróconej litery V. Szyna pierscionka pólokragla zólta zwezajaca sie w kierunku oprawy i znacznie sie pogrubiajaca, w szczycie wycieta do ksztaltu oprawki. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design is made of yellow and white gold with diamonds. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where: - Fig. 1 – a view of the ring, - Fig. 2 – a view of the ring setting, - Fig. 3 – a side view of the ring. Essential features of the industrial design: the ring has a four-point setting, white, in the shape of a rounded square V. Instead of a base, it has reinforcements between the points in the shape of an inverted V. The ring's semicircular yellow rail tapers towards the setting and thickens significantly, with a cutout at the top to match the shape of the setting.
