Pierscionek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pierscionek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany przykladowo z zóltego i bialego zlota z brylantami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek z szeroka, pólokragla obraczka rozdzielajaca sie na 1 /2 obwodu na cztery czesci. Dwie biale, szersze szyny na 1/3 obwodu w górnej czesci wysadzane sa dwoma rzedami kamieni i radowane. Dwie zólte, waskie, z jednej strony obraczki wychodza po stronach zewnetrznych, jedna przechodzi na zewnatrz na druga strone, druga zas wznosi sie ku górze na ksztalt wyciagnietej i obróconej litery „S" przechodzi pod biala górna obraczka , lukiem dochodzi do niej z drugiej strony i pomiedzy dwoma obraczkami bialymi biegnie na druga strone.2 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe industrial design is for a ring. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design is made, for example, of yellow and white gold with diamonds. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, Figs. 1-3, where: - Fig. 1 – a view of the ring; - Fig. 2 – a view of the ring setting; - Fig. 3 – a side view of the ring. Essential features of the industrial design: the ring has a wide, semicircular band that divides into four parts at 1/2 of its circumference. Two white, wider bands at the top 1/3 of the circumference are set with two rows of stones and are rhodium-plated. Two yellow, narrow rings on one side extend outwards, one goes outwards to the other side, the other one rises upwards in the shape of an extended and rotated letter "S", passes under the white upper ring, reaches it in an arc on the other side and runs between the two white rings to the other side.2 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL
