Pucharek Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 3 lipca 2000 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pucharek, przeznaczony do pakowania produktów spozywczych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w zestawieniu barw i ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1-3. Pucharek wedlug wzoru sklada sie z dwóch czesci - pojemnika i stopki. Okragle dno pojemnika w srodkowej czesci jest wytloczone ku górze i tworzy wewnatrz pojemnika kopulke, otoczona pierscieniem. Lukiem, przecietym ostra krawedzia podstawa przechodzi w sciane boczna która ma ksztalt odwróconego stozka scietego o srednicach podstaw nieznacznie rózniacych sie dlugoscia. Wlot pojemnika wykonczony jest waskim, podwójnym kolnierzem, wewnetrzna krawedz kolnierza jest wyoblona. Stopka pucharka ma ksztalt odwróconego spodka o lekko wklesnietej sciance bocznej, którego dno ksztaltem dopasowane jest do podstawy pojemnika i trwale z nia polaczone. Miejscem laczenia podstawy ze stopka jest pierscien, otaczajacy wytloczona w dnie pojemnika kopulke. Srednica podstawy stopki jest równa srednicy krawedzi, wytloczonej na scianie bocznej pojemnika.Górna srednica pucharka w stosunku do jego wysokosci jest w proporcji od 1,19 do 2,37, w najkorzystniejszych rozwiazaniach -1,48 , jak przedstawia rysunek - fig. 1 i 1,64 , jak przedstawia rysunek - fig.2. Pojemnik i stopka wykonane sa w dowolnych barwach lub ich zestawieniach, korzystnie - w kolorach kontrastowych, jak przedstawia rysunek - fig.3. PL PLThe ornamental design registration right is valid from July 3, 2000. The design is based on a cup intended for packaging food products. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the color combination and shape. The design is shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 1-3. According to the design, the cup consists of two parts: a container and a foot. The round bottom of the container is embossed upwards in the center, creating a dome inside the container, surrounded by a ring. The base, cut by an arc and a sharp edge, merges into the side wall, which has the shape of an inverted truncated cone, with the base diameters differing slightly in length. The container mouth is finished with a narrow, double flange; the inner edge of the flange is rounded. The cup's foot is shaped like an inverted saucer with a slightly concave side wall, the bottom of which is shaped to fit the container's base and is permanently connected to it. The base and foot are joined by a ring surrounding a dome embossed in the container's bottom. The diameter of the foot's base is equal to the diameter of the rim embossed on the container's side wall. The cup's upper diameter relative to its height is in a ratio of 1.19 to 2.37, in the most favorable solutions - 1.48, as shown in Figure 1, and 1.64, as shown in Figure 2. The container and foot are made in any color or combination thereof, preferably in contrasting colors, as shown in Figure 3.
