Z polskiego zgloszenia wzoru przemyslowego znany jest o numerze 13350 uchwyt klamki drzwiowej. Rekojesc ta ma prosty ksztalt, w formie prostopadloscianu. Szerszy bok znajduje sie na zewnetrznej i wewnetrznej stronie rekojesci, wezszy zas na górnej i dolnej. Ten uchwyt klamki ksztaltem nie rózni sie od innych podstawowych wzorów. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa : ksztalt wydluzonego i splaszczonego prostopadloscianu zaokraglone rogi poczatek jest wsuniety w czesc laczaca rekojesc z szyldem tak, aby koniec i jeden bok wystawaly poza nia poczatkowa, mniejsza czesc tworzy linie prosta i jest równolegla w stosunku do podloza wiekszosc rekojesci jest lekko zakrzywiona w dul, o ksztalcie luku Istota zgloszonego wzoru przemyslowego polega na tym, iz jest to czesc chwytowa klamki drzwiowej zrobiona w calosci ze stali, wykonana metodami z pogranicza kowalstwa i metaloplastyki. Rekojesc jest plaska, w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych rogach (4). Uchwyt zamocowany jest tak, aby jego szersza czesc byla poziomo, tzn. na górnej i dolnej czesci rekojesci, a wezsza - na zewnetrznej i wewnetrznej. Poczatek rekojesci (1), czyli 1/4 jest równolegly, natomiast je j wieksza czesc (2), czyli 3/4 jest lekko uniesiona i zakrzywiona ku dolowi tak, aby uchwyt byl w ksztalcie luku. Rekojesc o takim ksztalcie jest wygodniejsza do chwycenia. Wzór jest recznie formowany, co daje niepowtarzalny wyglad i wyróznia go sposród innych wzorów. The subject of the industrial design is the grip portion of a door handle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the grip portion of the door handle from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the top view. A door handle handle with the number 13350 is known from Polish industrial design application. This handle has a simple, cuboid shape. The wider side is located on the outer and inner sides of the handle, and the narrower side is on the upper and lower sides. This handle handle's shape does not differ from other basic designs. The essential features of the industrial design are: an elongated and flattened cuboid shape; rounded corners; the beginning is inserted into the part connecting the handle to the plate so that the end and one side protrude beyond the beginning; the smaller part forms a straight line and is parallel to the ground; most of the handle is slightly curved downwards, forming an arc. The essence of the submitted industrial design is that it is the gripping part of a door handle made entirely of steel, using methods combining blacksmithing and metalwork. The handle is flat, in the shape of a cuboid with rounded corners (4). The handle is mounted so that its wider part is horizontal, i.e., on the upper and lower parts of the handle, and the narrower part on the outer and inner parts. The beginning of the handle (1), or 1/4, is parallel, while its larger part (2), or 3/4, is slightly raised and curved downward to form an arc-shaped grip. This shape makes the handle more comfortable to grip. The pattern is hand-formed, which gives it a unique look and distinguishes it from other patterns.
