Nawilzacz powietrza Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nawilzacz powietrza. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w nowym ksztalcie i ornamentacji korpusu nawilzacza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii zbiorczej oraz dla lepszego zobrazowania na figurach fig. 1 fig. 2, fig. 3. Figury przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiaja na fig.l - nawilzacz powietrza w widoku przodu, na fig 2. nawilzacz powietrza w widoku z boku, oraz na fig.3 - nawilzacz powietrza w widoku z góry Ksztalt nawilzacza powietrza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nawiazuje do postaci misia-zabawki. Glówny element korpusu nawilzacza powietrza uwidocznionego na fig. 1 ma przekrój wzdluzny o ksztalcie zblizonym do elipsy wyraznie scietej u dolu. W dolnej, wykonanej w kolorze bialymczesci przodu nawilzacza, umieszczono centralnie koliste pokretlo. Powyzej znajduje sie niebieski, lekko przezroczysty zbiornik na wode w ksztalcie zblizonym do pólkola. W górnej czesci nawilzacza, co pokazano na fig. 1 i dodatkowo na fig.3, umieszczono niebieski element stanowiacy wylot pary, ksztaltem przypominajacy stozek sciety. Ponad wylotem pary wykonano dodatkowo elementy zdobnicze w postaci owalnych, czarnych figur z bialymi kropkami. Elementy te maja przypominac oczy misia- zabawki. Z boków nawilzacza umiejscowiono pólokragle, fantazyjne wypusty. Jak uwidoczniono na fig.2, nawilzacz powietrza w widoku z boku jest z jednej strony lukowato wypukly, z drugiej zas strony lukowato wklesly. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego, którym jest nawilzacz powietrza sa; kolorystyka i fantazyjny, przypominajacy postac misia-zabawki korpus, który posiada przekrój wzdluzny ksztaltem zblizony do wyraznie scietej u dolu elipsy i po bokach którego wykonano pólokragle, fantazyjne wypusty. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest równiez to, ze posiada niebieski, lekko przezroczysty zbiornik na wode w ksztalcie zblizonym do pólkola, ponad którym wykonano niebieski, stanowiacy wylot pary element, ksztaltem przypominajacy stozek sciety, obok którego z kolei, umieszczono dodatkowe elementy zdobnicze w postaci owalnych, czarnych figur z bialymi kropkami.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig. 3Fig.1Fig.2Fig.3 PL PLAir Humidifier The subject of the industrial design is an air humidifier. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the new shape and ornamentation of the humidifier's body. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached collective photograph and, for better illustration, in figures Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. The figures of the subject of the industrial design show the air humidifier in Fig. 1 - a front view; the air humidifier in Fig. 2 - a side view; and the air humidifier in Fig. 3 - a top view. The shape of the air humidifier according to the industrial design resembles a toy teddy bear. The main element of the air humidifier body shown in Fig. 1 has a longitudinal cross-section similar to an ellipse, clearly truncated at the bottom. A central, circular knob is located in the lower, white section of the humidifier's front. Above it is a blue, slightly transparent water tank, roughly semicircular in shape. In the upper part of the humidifier, as shown in Fig. 1 and additionally in Fig. 3, is a blue steam outlet, resembling a truncated cone. Above the steam outlet are additional decorative elements in the form of oval, black figures with white dots. These elements are intended to resemble the eyes of a toy teddy bear. The sides of the humidifier feature semicircular, fanciful projections. As shown in Fig. 2, the side view of the humidifier is convex-arc on one side and concave-arc on the other. The essential features of the industrial design of the humidifier are: The colors and the fanciful body, reminiscent of a toy teddy bear, have a longitudinal cross-section similar to an ellipse, clearly truncated at the bottom, and have semicircular, fanciful projections on the sides. Another significant feature of the industrial design is that it has a blue, slightly transparent water tank in a shape similar to a semicircle, above which is a blue element serving as a steam outlet, shaped like a truncated cone, next to which, in turn, are additional decorative elements in the form of oval, black figures with white dots.
