Szerokosc i glebokosc tych kanalków odpowiada szerokosci i wyso¬ kosci czesci górnej dzialki komutatora. 1 przedstawia przekrój poprzeczny profilu miedzi, sluzacy do realizacji sposobu, fig. 2 — widok z przodu wycinka komutatora z wystepem na calej dlugosci wycinka, fig. 3 — widok z boku wycinka komutatora z wystepem na calej dlugosci wycinka, fig. 4 — widok z przodu wycinka komutatora, z wystepem skróconym na dlugosc fig. 5 — widok z bo¬ ku wycinka komutatora z wystepem skróconym na dlugosci, fig. 6 — widok z przodu wycinka z wystepem na calej dlugosci komutatora hakowego, fig. 7 — widok z boku wycinka z wystepem na calej dlugosci komutatora hakowego, fig. 8 — widok z góry wycinka z wystepem na calej dlugosci komutatora hakowego, fig. 9 — widok le¬ wego czola zaprasowanego wienca, fig. 10 — pólprzekrój zaprasowanego wienca, fig. 11 -widok prawego czola zaprasowanego wienca, fig. 12 — pólprzekrój wienca z osadzonym wewnatrz pierscieniem wzmacniajaco-dystan- sujacym, fig. 13 — widok czola wienca z osadzonym w nim pierscieniem wzmacniajaco-dystansujacym, fig. 14 — przekrój pierscienia wzmacniajaco-dystansujacego, a fig. 15 — widok pierscienia wzmacniajaco-dystansujacego. Naklid 100 egz.Cena 220 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a method of manufacturing a commutator with insulation made of an electric machine insulating material, the parts of which are fixed with an electrically insulating material, usually a thermosetting material. The method of manufacturing a commutator, known from the Polish patent specification No. 105,568, consists in arranging individual sections of the commutator with their upper parts on the inner circumference of the ring, on which the longitudinal channels are made. The width and depth of these channels correspond to the width and height of the upper part of the commutator plot. The length of the channels is equal to the required length of the air insulation, the height of the ring being adapted to the seat of the press mold. The ring with the commutator cuttings is placed in the seat of the press mold, and then pressed with an electrically insulating thermosetting material. After pressing the commutator, the ring is removed by means that do not affect the remaining parts of the commutator. Then the commutator is subjected to a further known treatment. The method of producing a commutator with insulation from an electro-insulating material, according to the invention, consists in the fact that the sections cut out of a copper profile having a one-sided side projection with a width equal to the required insulation thickness between the sections in the commutator are arranged in a wreath so that the protrusions of the sections of this width and thickness lower than the height of the working part of the section, adjacent to the lateral, flat surface of the next section, form inter-sections perimeter closed from above over the entire height of the rim or part thereof. During the pressing of the crown, these gaps are filled with electro-insulating material. Then, the sections are separated from each other by removing the protrusions of the sections, until the inter-section insulation is exposed, made of electro-insulating material. It is advantageous to place in the interior of the wreath, during its arrangement, from sections - an extending-distance ring, which contributes to increasing the tear resistance The advantage of the method according to the invention is the possibility of producing folded ring commutators without mica and mica hooks, without the use of intermediate elements for positioning-spacing and insulating sections, such as rings with internal channels described in the prior art, micanite or the like. The elimination of these spacing elements reduces the material consumption and labor consumption of commutator production, while increasing their quality and accuracy of workmanship only depending on the tolerance of one element, i.e. the copper profile, and allows for mechanization and automation of technological processes.2 143185 The subject of the invention is illustrated in the examples of implementation in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a cross-section of a copper profile used to implement the method, fig. 2 - front view of a commutator segment with a protrusion over the entire length of the segment, fig. 3 - side view of a commutator segment with a protrusion along the entire length of the segment, fig. 4 - front view of the commutator segment, with the protrusion shortened to the length of the commutator, Fig. 5 - side view of the commutator segment with the protrusion shortened in length, Fig. 6 - front view of the segment with the protrusion along the entire length of the hook commutator, Fig. 7 - side view of the section with a protrusion along the entire length of the hook commutator, Fig. 8 - top view of the section with a protrusion the entire length of the hook commutator, Fig. 9 - view of the left face of the pressed band, Fig. 10 - half-section of the pressed band, Fig. 11 - view of the right side of a pressed wreath, fig. 12 - half-section of a wreath with a reinforcing-distancing ring embedded inside, fig. 13 - view of a rim face with a reinforcing-distancing ring embedded in it, fig. 14 - cross-section of a reinforcing-spacer ring, and Fig. 15 - a view of the reinforcing-spacer ring. The solution according to the invention consists in the fact that the sections 3 forming the commutator rim 5 are cut out of a copper profile 1 having a one-sided side projection 2 with a width s equal to the required insulation thickness between the sections 3 in the commutator and the thickness g lower than the working height of the part of the sector 3. The sector 3 has a protrusion 4 over its entire length or it is shortened by a dimension 1, depending on the intended machining of the commutator (such as turning or milling, for example). The cuttings 3 are arranged in a rim 5 so that the protrusion 4 of the section 3 adjoins the lateral flat surface of the next section 3, distancing the adjacent sections 3 by a distance of s. The protrusions 4 close from the top interstitial gaps over the entire height of the rim 5. These gaps, while pressing the rim 5 is filled with electro-insulating material 6, then the sections 3 are separated from each other by removing the protrusions 4 of the sections 3, i.e. removing the g-thickness layer along the entire circumference of the commutator by turning, until the insulation of the interspace is exposed}. In the variant with a shoulder 1 shortened by a length of 1 (Figs. 4, 5), on the side of one of the front surfaces, they form interstitial gaps, and on the remaining length of the sector 3, circumferentially close the interstitial gaps formed by their lateral planes. During the pressing of the crown 5, these gaps are filled with electro-insulating material 6, and then the sections 3 are separated from each other as described above or by milling the g-thickness layer of the section 3 coaxially to the 6 inter-sector gaps filled with heat-insulating material, leaving the gaps filled with 1 length. The method according to the invention can also be used for the production of hook commutators, made of the slots shown in Figs. 6, 7, 8. In large-diameter commutators or for high-speed electric machines, an additional reinforcing-spacer ring 7 can be used. (as in Fig. 12), which is embedded in the interior of the ring 5 during the laying on the transverse axis of symmetry. The split ring 7 has a central reinforcing part 8 made of, for example, glass fiber and a lateral spacer 9 made of, for example, polyamide plastic. The spacing part 9 of the sections 3 has fins with a thickness equal to the intersection distance. Patent Claims 1.
