Opakowania. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa opakowania do baterii galwanicznych lub akumulatorów. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajacego sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii skladajacych sie na opakowanie. Przedmiot wzoru jest pokazany na zalaczonym rysunku na Fig. od 1 do fig., 4 na któ- rej Fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie w rzucie aksonometrycznym, Fig. 2 przedstawia opa- kowanie w rzucie z boku, Fig. 3 przedstawia otwarte opakowanie w rzucie z góry, a Fig. 4 do Fig. 13 przedstawiaja odmiany opakowania w rzucie z góry. Wszystkie postaci wzoru sa przedstawione na rysunku zbiorczym. Opakowanie ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych dwóch narozach, którego jedna scianka zwana tylna jest dluzsza do naprzeciwleglej. Tylna sciana ma, w czesci wystajacej poza obreb prostopadloscianu, skosnie sciete naroza. Do scietego boku jest zamocowany zawiasowo element w ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezu o zaokraglonych naro- zach i pólokraglym podcieciu w podstawie trapezu oraz umieszczonym przy górnej kra- wedzi otworem w ksztalcie krzyza o silnie wydluzonych poziomych ramionach i o zaokra- glonych koncach ramion. Tylna sciana ma cztery symetryczne, symetrycznie rozlozone, podluzne otwory, których krótsze boki sa zaokraglone. W poblizu krawedzi bocznej sciany tylnej sa dwa niewielkie prostokatne otwory na zaczepy. W górnej scianie opakowania jest otwór o ksztalcie trójkata prostokatnego o zaokraglonych narozach. W drugiej posta- ci opakowania w górnej scianie opakowania sa trzy otwory o ksztalcie owalu umieszczone skosnie. W trzeciej postaci w górnej scianie opakowania jest otwór o ksztalcie prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach. W czwartej postaci w górnej scianie opakowania jest otwór o ksztalcie owalu. The subject of the industrial design is packaging for primary batteries or accumulators. The essence of the design is a new form of the object manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines constituting the packaging. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, where Fig. 1 shows the packaging in an axonometric view, Fig. 2 shows the packaging in a side view, Fig. 3 shows the open packaging in a top view, and Fig. 4 to Fig. 13 show variations of the packaging in a top view. All forms of the design are presented in the collective drawing. The packaging has the shape of a cuboid with two rounded corners, one wall of which, called the rear wall, is longer than the opposite wall. The rear wall, in the part protruding beyond the cuboid, has obliquely cut corners. A trapezoidal-shaped element with rounded corners and a semicircular undercut at the trapezoidal base is hinged to the cut side, along with a cross-shaped opening at the top edge, with strongly elongated horizontal arms and rounded arm ends. The rear wall has four symmetrical, symmetrically arranged, elongated openings, the shorter sides of which are rounded. Near the side edge of the rear wall are two small rectangular openings for hooks. The top wall of the package has a right-angled triangle-shaped opening with rounded corners. In the second version, the top wall of the package has three oval-shaped openings placed diagonally. In the third version, the top wall of the package has a rectangular opening with rounded corners. In the fourth embodiment, the top wall of the package has an oval opening. In the fifth embodiment, the top wall of the package has a circular opening. In the sixth embodiment, the top wall of the package has an opening in the shape of a right-angled triangle with rounded corners. In the seventh embodiment, the top wall of the package has an opening in the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners, and the back wall has three symmetrically arranged, elongated openings, the shorter sides of which are rounded. In the eighth embodiment, the top wall of the package has a circular opening, and the back wall has no openings. In the ninth embodiment, the top wall of the package has a circular opening, and the back wall has four symmetrically arranged, elongated openings, positioned transversely to the package. In the tenth embodiment, the top wall of the package has an opening in the shape of a right-angled triangle with rounded corners, and the rear wall has two symmetrically arranged, elongated openings with rounded openings. In the sixth embodiment, the top wall of the package has an opening in the shape of a right-angled triangle with rounded corners. In the seventh embodiment, the top wall of the package has a rectangular opening with rounded corners, and the back wall has three symmetrically arranged, elongated openings, the shorter sides of which are rounded. In the eighth embodiment, the top wall of the package has a circular opening, and the back wall has no openings. In the ninth embodiment, the top wall of the package has a circular opening, and the back wall has four symmetrically arranged, elongated openings, positioned transversely to the package.
