1 przedstawia widok ogólny kabiny ochronnej a fig. Naklad 100 egz Cena 220 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a protective cabin for the operator of a self-propelled working machine, in particular a loader, bulldozer, scraper or grader when it overturns. Known structures that protect the operator when the working machine overturns constitute an integral part of the cabin, forming a so-called safe cabin or may be separated from it and located on the outside of her or inside. The typical protective structure is a skeleton made of steel profiles covering the operator's station. The skeleton consists of vertical posts and horizontal beams connected to each other. It is supplemented with sheathing elements such as walls and roof, equipped with doors and windows. The skeleton is connected to the machine frame by form-fit connections which transfer forces and bending moments from loads in the event of the machine overturning. In order to isolate the protective structure from vibrations of the machine frame, indirect rubber elements are used in the connections. In the event of overturning the machine, the rubber elements, having a free deformation, are destroyed by flowing to the sides, which causes an unfavorable, large displacement of the protective structure. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that the protective cabin, consisting of vertical posts and horizontal beams and walls with doors and windows and roof, are equipped with pins placed in sleeves, which are permanently connected to the supports of the machine frame and equipped with profiled rubber elements between the pins and the sleeves. The pins are permanently connected with the posts. The sleeves have internal flanges against which the rubber elements are pressed. The advantage of the protective cabin according to the invention is that it allows to achieve low levels of vibration and noise at the operator's position during its operation, and in the event of the machine overturning, a favorable course of deformation of the structure is obtained without disturbing the space occupied by the operator, thus increasing the safety of his health and life. The subject of the invention is presented in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a general view of the protective cabin and fig. 2 shows a longitudinal section of the connection between the cabin and the frame support The operator's cabin consists of vertical posts 1 and horizontal beams 2 forming the frame, and the roof 3 and walls 4 equipped with doors 5 and windows 6. The cabin is attached to the machine frame brackets 7 by pins 8 permanently connected to the posts 1. Each bolt 8 it is placed in a sleeve 9 with a collar 10 which is permanently connected a with POLISH PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC PATENT OFFICE PRL2 141 849 with the machine frame support 7. On the pin 8 in the sleeve 9 there are rubber elements 11 and 12 pressed through the cover 13 nut 14 to the inner flange 10. The nut 14 is secured against unscrewing the washer 15. During machine operation, the rubber elements 11 and 12 isolate the cabin from vibrations transmitted by the machine frame brackets 7. In the event of the machine overturning, the loads between the cabin and the brackets 7 are transferred in such a way that the axial force components from the spindle 8 and the cover 13 are transferred to the flange 10 of the sleeve 9 by completely compressed rubber elements 11 or 12. The size of the gap between the pins 8 and the cover 13 and the sleeve 9 is selected so that the high compressive load capacity of the rubber is exploited with the dynamic nature of the loading forces. The transverse force components and bending moments are transferred by the direct contact of the mandrel 8 and the cover 13 with the sleeve 9. Patent claims Protective cabin for the operator of a self-propelled working machine, consisting of vertical posts and horizontal beams, and a roof and walls with doors and windows, characteristic that it is provided with permanently connected to the posts (1) pins (8), placed in sleeves (9) with flanges (10), which are permanently connected to the supports of the working machine's frame (7) and with profiled rubber elements (11) and (12) pressed against the collars (10) .141849 Fig. I141 Ml 13 15 14 Fig. Z Printing studio of the PRL.
