Naklad 100 egz Cena 220 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a casting aluminum alloy, intended primarily for cylinder heads of air-cooled combustion engines. From the Polish standard PN-76 / H-88027 concerning casting aluminum alloys, the AK64 alloy is known, which contains by weight: 5.0-7.0 % Si, 3.0-5.0% Cu, 0.3-0.6% Mn and as impurities up to 1.5% Fe, up to 2.0% Zn, up to 0.5% Mg, up to 0 , 5% Ni, up to 0.1% Sn, up to 0.3% Pb, up to 0.15% Ti, the rest is Al. In a special case, this alloy contains magnesium as an alloying component and its amount is in the range 0.1-0.3%. This alloy has good casting and strength properties, very good machinability, but is prone to diffuse shrinkage porosity and zazuzlen. At the same time, it exhibits insufficient tightness and corrosion resistance. AK52 alloy is also known from the same standard, intended mainly for the casting of cylinder heads in internal combustion engines, containing by weight: 4.0-6.0% Si, 1.5-3.5% Cu , 0.2-0.8% Mg, 0.2-0.8% Mn and as impurities: up to 1.4% Fe, up to 0.5% Zn, up to 0.5% Ni, up to 0.1% Sn, up to 0.15% Ti + Zr, the rest is Al. The corrosion resistance of this alloy is higher by the rivet of the AK 64 alloy. AK 62 alloy, covered by the plant standard ZN-77-MH-MN 21006, is used for the castings of cylinder heads of air-cooled combustion engines. This alloy has the following chemical composition: 5.5 -6.5% Si, 1.7-2.3% Cu, 0.3-0.5% Mg, up to 0.1% Mn, up to 0.5% Fe, the remainder is Al. aluminum containing by weight: 3.5-5.0% Cu, 0.3-0.5% Mn, up to 0.7% Fe and Si, Mg and Ti, is characterized by the fact that it contains by weight: 6.5-8 , 5% Si, 0.3-0.7% Mh, 0.10-0.25% Ti, up to 0.40% Zr, 0.01-0.08% B and 0.015-0.04% Sr, the rest are Al and the inevitable impurities. Preferably, the total content of Si and Cu is 10.5-12.5%, while maintaining the ratio of Si content to Cu content in the range 1.65-2.15, and the ratio of Mn content to Fe content is 0.75-1.3 * The alloy according to the invention is distinguished by good machinability and very good casting properties. The castability of this alloy is better than both AK 62 and AK 64 *. This cast alloy is suitable for elements working at increased temperatures - 2,141,180 and for elements of moderately loaded machines. Applied to the cylinder heads of air-cooled car engines, it improves their service life and ensures greater tightness of the system during operation * Below is an example of the chemical composition of the alloy according to the invention * The aluminum alloy found by weight contains: 7.9% Si, 4.5% Cu, 0.5% Mg, 0.4% Mn, 0.4% Fe, 0.22% Ti, 0.05% B, 0.02% Sr, the rest is Al * This alloy cast into die has the following as cast properties: Rm - 215 MPa, Rq 2 "^ MPa ra" 110f A5 "ll5%. and after heat treatment it obtains mechanical properties at the level of: Hm - 430 MPa, Rn 2" ^ ° **? & H3 - 140, A5 - 1.5 *.
