Stopnica Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia : 19.05.2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest stopnica tworzaca stopien w schodach segmentowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie stopnicy i fakturze po- wierzchni jej czesci srodkowej. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje stop- nice drewniana lub kamienna w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - stopnice z fig. 1 w przekroju , fig. 3 - stopnice ze- liwna lub aluminiowa w vidoku z góry, fig. 4 - stop- nice z fig. 3 w przekroju, fig. 5 - fragment powierzchni azurowej w widoku z góry, a fig. 6 - czesc przedniastopnicy z fig. 3 w przekroju. Stopnica wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma postac plaskiej plyty. W widoku z góry ma ksztalt zblizony do prostoketa o zaokraglonych narozach polozonych na przejsciu przedniego , dluzszego boku w krótsze boki i pól- okraglych zakonczeniach przystajecych do tylnego, dluzszego boku, w miejscach przejsc w krótsze boki. We wszystkich narozach znajduje sie otwory. Stopnica drewniana lub kamienna ma czesc srodkowa plaska i peln^, jak przedstawiono na fig. 1 i fig. 2 . W innej odmianie, w której stopnica jest zeliwna lub aluminiowa, czesc srodkowa ma azurowa powierzch- nie o czworokatnych oczkach, co zostalo pokazane na fig. 3 i fig. 5 . Powierzchnia górna przedniej czesci tej stopnicy ma w przekroju poprzecznym wybrzuszenia i wglebie- nia o ksztaltach trójkatnych , jak uwidoczniono na fig. 6 . The essence of the design is a new form of the subject, manifested in the shape of the tread and the surface texture of its central part. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a wooden or stone tread from above, Fig. 2 - a cross-section of the tread from Fig. 1, Fig. 3 - a top view of the cast iron or aluminum tread, Fig. 4 - a cross-section of the tread from Fig. 3, Fig. 5 - a fragment of the openwork surface from above, and Fig. 6 - a cross-section of the front portion of the tread from Fig. 3. According to the ornamental design, the tread has the form of a flat slab. In plan view, it has a shape similar to a rectangle with rounded corners located at the transition from the front, longer side to the shorter sides and semicircular ends congruent to the rear, longer side where the transitions to the shorter sides occur. There are holes in all corners. A wooden or stone tread has a flat and solid middle section, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. In another variation, in which the tread is cast iron or aluminum, the middle section has an openwork surface with quadrangular meshes, as shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 5. The upper surface of the front part of this tread has triangular bulges and recesses in cross-section, as shown in Fig. 6.
