Istote wzoai zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac rynny, przejawiajaca sie w ksztal- cie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni oraz fakturze powierzchni zewnetrznej, które nadaja rynnie swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia rynne w widoku ogólnym od czola, a Fig. 2- rynne w widoku perspektywicz- nym. Zgodnie z wzorem zdobniczym i jak ujawniono na zalaczonym rysunku, rynna zawierajaca pólwalcowe korytko, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jedna boczna podluznakrawedz jest wygieta i ukosnie skierowana do wnetrza pólwalcowego korytka, majaca w przekroju poprzecznym postac piaskownika, zas druga boczna podluzna krawedz jest zaokraglona wywinietym profilem, majacym w przekroju poprzecznym zarys zblizony do otwartego w jednej czwartej, wycinka walcowego skierowanego do wnetrza pólwalcowego korytka. Krawedz podluzna otwartego zakonczenia wycinka walcowego styka sie z teo- retycznym wewnetrznym lukiem powierzchni wewnetrznej korytka, podczas gdy wszystkie powierzchnie zewnetrzne maja gladka i blyszczaca fakture powierzchni, jak pokazano na Fig. 1- Fig. 2. PL PL PL PL PL PLGutter The right of registration of the ornamental design is valid from: 29 December 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a gutter. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the gutter, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines and surfaces, and texture of the external surface, which give the gutter a unique and original appearance. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the gutter in a general view from the front, and Fig. 2 - the gutter in a perspective view. According to the decorative pattern and as disclosed in the attached drawing, the gutter containing a semi-cylindrical channel is characterized in that one lateral longitudinal edge is bent and directed obliquely towards the interior of the semi-cylindrical channel, having the form of a sand trap in cross-section, while the other lateral longitudinal edge is rounded with a rolled-up profile, having in cross-section an outline similar to a cylindrical sector open in one quarter directed towards the interior of the semi-cylindrical channel. The longitudinal edge of the open end of the cylindrical segment is in contact with the theoretical inner arc of the inner surface of the channel, while all outer surfaces have a smooth and shiny surface texture, as shown in Fig. 1-Fig. 2. The gutter with its decorative pattern gives the item an original and specific appearance, and its aesthetic features increase the attractiveness of the product, while the lateral longitudinal edge with an internal flare of the profile preventing rainwater from splashing out of the interior of the channel during heavy rainfall increases the product's utility value.
