Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest lozysko krzyzakowe walu przegubowego z podzielnym krzyzakiem.Znane jest lozysko krzyzakowe przegubowego z konstrukcja krzyzakowa, w której krzyzak jest rozwiazany, jako calosc przy czym czopy krzyzakowe wystaja znacznie w stosunku do krzy¬ zaka. Wade tego rozwiazania stanowi przede wszystkim mozliwosc przenoszenia ograniczonego momentu obrotowego. Prowadzenie osiowe krzyzaka w stosunku do widelek, odbywa sie za pomoca zewnetrznych powierzchni widelek lub rowków pierscieniowych w otworach cylindra widelek i jest równiez nieprecyzyjne i ogranicza parametry ruchu szczególnie przy wyzszych predkosciach.Dalsza wada wynika z wysokiej pracochlonnosci takiego rozwiazania. Lozysko krzyzakowe walu przegubowego z podzielnym krzyzakiem wedlug wynalazku charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zewnetrzne powierzchnie plaskie korpusu krzyzaka znajduja sie w styku z wewnetrznymi powierzchniami plaskimi widelek. Na zewnetrznych powierzchniach plaskich korpusu krzyzaka wykonane sa wspólsrodkowe rowki, w których umieszczone sa pierscienie uszczelniajace. Lozysko wedlug wynalazku posiada czopy walcowe podzielnego krzyzaka majace na swoich zewnetrznych powierzchniach czolowych komory na smar staly.Glówne zalety rozwiazania ulozyskowania krzyzaka walu przegubowego z podzielnym krzy¬ zakiem wynikaja z prostego i precyzyjnego prowadzenia lozyska i z wysokiej sztywnosci zarówno krzyzaka, jak i widelek, co umozliwia przenoszenie wysokiego momentu obrotowego. The main disadvantage of this solution is the ability to transmit a limited torque. The cross axis is guided axially in relation to the forks by means of the outer surfaces of the forks or ring grooves in the fork cylinder holes and is also imprecise and limits the parameters of movement, especially at higher speeds. According to the invention, the crosspiece bearing of the articulated shaft with a divisible cross is characterized in that the external flat surfaces of the cross body are in contact with the internal flat surfaces of the forks. On the external flat surfaces of the cross body, concentric grooves are made, in which sealing rings are placed. According to the invention, the bearing has cylindrical journals of a split cross, having on their external face surfaces a grease chamber. The main advantages of the universal joint shaft bearing solution with a split cross result from the simple and precise bearing guiding and the high rigidity of both the cross and the fork, which enables high torque transmission. The solution according to the invention creates simple fork and cross shapes, which are not expensive to produce, which is combined with a simple measurability of wearing parts. The object is shown in the embodiment example in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a cross section of a spherical bearing according to the invention with cylindrical bodies, fig. 2 - another embodiment with plain bearing bushes.
