W widoku z przodu zarys przebiegu zewnetrznej krawedzi czterokarpowej oprawy wpisany jest w pole kwadratu, przy czym krawedz ta tworzy polaczenie szeregu róznej wielkosci promieni opisujacych delikatne zaglebienia i wypuklosci. W widoku z boku oprawa ma przewezenie, przy czym krawedzie zewnetrzne oprawy maja niewielka zbieznosc zarówno w kierunku sztyftu jak i kamienia. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the object, manifested in the original combination of shapes, lines, and proportions, as well as their juxtaposition, in individual parts of the design. The design is shown in the attached photographs, illustrating its essence. Figure 1 shows a front view of the earring according to the design, while Figure 2 shows the earring in a half-profile. Furthermore, Figure 3 shows a side view of the earring according to the design. The earring according to the design has a stone set in a chaton-shaped setting, from which a stud emerges. In the front view, the outline of the outer edge of the four-carp setting is inscribed in a square, with this edge forming a combination of a series of varying-sized radii describing delicate recesses and convexities. In a side view, the setting has a narrowing, with the outer edges of the setting having a slight taper towards both the pin and the stone. The setting is made in white gold, while the stud is yellow gold. Significant features of the industrial design.
