W widoku z boku krawedzie zewnetrzne oprawy maja niewielka zbieznosc zarówno w kierunku zapiecia angielskiego jak i kamienia. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the object, manifested in the original combination of shapes, lines, and proportions, as well as their juxtaposition, in the individual parts of the design. The design is shown in the attached photographs, illustrating its essence. Figure 1 shows the front view of the earring according to the design, while Figure 2 shows the earring in a half-profile view. Furthermore, Figure 3 shows a side view of the earring according to the design. The earring according to the design has a stone set in a chaton setting, from which emerges an English clasp. In the front view, the outline of the outer edge of the four-carp setting is inscribed in a square, with this edge forming a combination of a series of varying-sized radii describing subtle recesses and convexities. In the side view, the outer edges of the setting have a slight convergence towards both the English clasp and the stone. The setting is made in white gold, while the clasp is yellow gold.
