From the Polish patent specification No. 132 316, a system for the above-mentioned purpose is known, containing resistors connected to the rotor winding via a switch, equipped with with a constant current source with the possibility of regulation, connected through a switch to the feed path of the stator. The DC source is connected to the control input with the measurement and control unit consisting of the motor load measuring unit with the current transducer at the output, connected with the green transducer with the given characteristic of the transition and from the current intensity transducer to the control signal. In the measurement and control unit, the value of the motor load, existing at the time of the AC supply interruption, is converted into the required value of the direct current intensity needed to supply the stator windings during dynamic braking. The rotor of the braked motor is connected to a rotation measuring unit connected to the input of the converter having at least two outputs, one of which is connected to the contacts for switching the resistors, and the other is connected to the mechanical brake switch. The measurement of the rotational speed of the rotor is converted into a voltage signal, which in the converter is converted into a threshold control signal, which causes the insertion of additional resistors, and after reaching the rotational speed within 20-10 $ of the rated speed - switching on the mechanical brakes. speed with the converter measures the difference of the actual speed of the motor during braking compared to the assumed speed, and if this difference is too great - - it turns off some of the resistors. Due to the small amplitude of the alternating voltage induced in the rotor winding, additionally dependent on the value of direct current in the stator winding and the rotational speed of the rotor, the system is sensitive to disturbances. The signal generated by the converter, disabling the resistors in the absence of additional connections, can be only by comparing the measured rotational speed with the predetermined value and the time-invariant reference value, due to the variables in the function of the stator current, as a function of time and as a function of the resistance of additional mechanical characteristics of the dynamically braked motor. Therefore, the above-presented method of switching off the additional resistances may be a source of sudden changes in the braking torque value, dangerous for the motor and braked devices, and the average braking torque may not always ensure the stopping in the required time. The invention concerns the braking system of an asynchronous motor with a polarized rotor. large mass, including additional resistors connected to the rotor winding, equipped with a rectifier unit with adjustable voltage connected via a switch to the stator supply path. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that the system has a digital regulator equipped with braking programs in relation to resistance to voltage value constant, constituting at the same time a converter of the signal of rotor rotation, one input of which is located with the path supplying alternating voltage to the stator of the braked motor, and the other one is connected with the inductive sensor for measuring the rotor rotation * The outputs of the controller are connected with a controlling input of a rectifier unit and with an input of a control unit for the resistance value in the rotor circuit. According to the invention, based on a programmable digital controller, it is possible to subordinate the resistor switching program to the program for selecting the constant current supplying the stator of the braked motor. The controller of the system performs the selection function, based on the measurement of the motor load, existing just before its disconnection from the three-phase network, one of the "n" values of the constant voltage of the rectifier unit, and in a correlated manner selects the resistance value in the rotor circuit, i.e. that each of the "n" voltage levels is assigned a different resistance value control program. At the same time, the digital controller performs the function of controlling the moments of switching on the contactors switching the resistors in the spin speed function. The circuit constructed in this way allows for the optimal course of the resultant mechanical characteristic of the dynamically braked motor, which is obtained by switching the resistors with contactors in moments that ensure minimal changes and the maximum value of the braking torque for the selected value of the constant voltage supplying the stator. As a result, an even course of the braking process in the required time is obtained, without dangerous overloads of the drive, which was impossible in the known system. The subject of the invention is shown in an example of embodiment in the drawing showing a block diagram of the system. The system according to the invention is intended for ring braking. asynchronous motor driving the conveyor belt, loaded with spoil in an opencast mine. The stator 1 of the asynchronous motor H is fed with a power circuit 3 connected to a three-phase network through a switch 4. Before the switch 4, a digital regulator 5 equipped with a braking program is connected to the supply path 3 with one of its inputs. The output A of the regulator 5 is connected to the controlling input of the rectifier unit 6, connected with the DC output to the power supply line 3 through the switch contact 4. The unit 6 built on the basis of semiconductor diodes and a multi-winding transformer has "n" levels of constant supply voltage stator 1 of the M motor. A set of resistors 7 is connected to the rotor 2 of the M motor. The second controller input 5 is located with the output of the inductive sensor 8 for measuring the revolutions. Output B of digital regulator 5 is connected with a set of contactors 9 switching resistors 7 in the rotor circuit 2. The braking program of the resistor 5 is arranged in relation to the value of the resistors to the value of the constant voltage at the output of the aggregate 6. The C output of the regulator 5 is connected with the switch of the meohanic brakes. When it is necessary to stop the motor M, and thus the conveyor belt, it is disconnected with the break contact of the switch 4, the stator 1 of the motor M is disconnected from the three-phase network and at the same time it is switched on with the NO contact of this terminal 4 DC voltage 291 3 from the rectifier unit 6 The value of the direct voltage is selected by the digital regulator 5 on the basis of the measurement of the power value carried out in the regulator, existing at the moment just before the placement of the motor 1 of the motor M from the three-phase grid. Based on the amount of night, the controller 5 selects one of the low voltage levels of the generator 6, to which a corresponding program for switching the resistors 7 is assigned to it, so that each voltage value Hn "corresponds to an appropriate resistance value. During braking, the inductive sensor 8 rotor revolutions. 2 transmits the measurement signals to the controller 5, which transforms them in such a way that the resistor switching time program is selected? • The braking program selected in this way, implemented by the digital controller 5, allows for the selection of the optimal braking process with the use of the tops of mechanical motor characteristics Ka M, oo ensures an even and short braking process. After the rotor 2 reaches the assumed value of the rotational speed, the regulator 5 activates the meohanic brakes through the output C. with rotor winding, equipped with a rectifier unit with adjustable voltage added to the stator feed path by means of a circuit breaker, characterized by the fact that it has a digital regulator (5) equipped with braking programs in relation to the value of resistance to the constant voltage value, which is also a converter of the rotation signal rotor (2), one input of which is connected to the supply path of the alternating voltage of the stator (1) of the braked motor (11), and the other input is connected to the inductive sensor (8) for rotor speed measurement (2), while the controller outputs ( 5) the fields are with the controlled input of the rectifier aggregate (6) and the input of the controlled unit (9) with the resistance value in the rotor circuit. 136 291 6 W —a_ 330 VW ^ b \ 7 Z [ZZ z rV6 Pracownia Poligraficzna V?
