RAMA CZOLOWA PALENISKA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest rama czolowa paleniska przeznaczonego do ogrzewania pomieszczen dla ludzi. Rama czolowa paleniska ma zwykle ksztalt prostokatnej ramy, która otacza wlot do paleniska i znajduje sie od strony ogrzewanego pomieszczenia. Rama moze byc przytwierdzony na stale do korpusu paleniska, jak tez byc elementem drzwiczek zamykajacych wlot. W przypadku zamknietych palenisk wewnatrz ramy zamocowana jest zaroodporna szyba, która umozliwia obserwacje plomienia jak tez ulatwia promieniowanie ciepla na zewnatrz. Wzdluz kazdego boku ramy biegna równolegle linie proste, krzyzujace sie w naroznikach. W innej odmianie zewnetrzna powierzchnia ramy pokryta jest szeregiem wypuklosci imitujacych fakture skóry. Z kolei z opisu ochronnego wzoru przemyslowego nr Rp-10622 znany jest wolno stojacy piec z zamknieta komora spalania, który zawiera drzwiczki w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokatnej ramy, przy czym podstawa oraz boki saprostoliniowe zas górny bok jest wypukly. Wszystkie wszystkie boki maja stala szerokosc. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku i obejmuje cztery odmiany, przy czym: • fig. 1 przedstawia widok ramy wedlug pierwszej odmiany od czola, to jest powierzchni ramy widocznej w normalnym uzytkowaniu paleniska; • fig. 2 przedstawia rame wedlug drugiej odmiany w widoku od czola, • fig. 3 przedstawia rame wedlug trzeciej odmiany w widoku od czola, • fig. 4 przedstawia rame wedlug czwartej odmiany w widoku od czola, • fig. 5 zawarta na odrebnym arkuszu, przedstawia rame wedlug czwartej odmiany w widoku aksonometrycznym, ze wszystkimi szczególami. Rama czolowa paleniska wedlug pierwszej odmiany posiada ksztalt prostokatnej ramy, przy czym wewnetrzne krawedzie pionowych boków sa równolegle do zewnetrznych krawedzi zas wewnetrzna, dolna i górna krawedz stanowia linie krzywe przypominajace lagodne fale. Wszystkie boki plynnie przenikaja sie ze soba w naroznikach ramy. Powierzchnia czolowa ramy jest plaska. Druga odmiana przedstawiona jest na figurze 2 i odróznia sie od pierwszej odmiany tym, ze koniec jednego boku ramy zachodzi na nastepny bok ramy, natomiast grubosc ramy w miejscu zakladki boków jest nieznacznie wieksza niz w pozostalych miejscach. Trzecia odmiana przedstawiona jest na figurze 3 i odróznia sie od pierwszej odmiany tym, ze wewnetrzna, dolna krawedz przypomina zarys kilku lagodnych, krótkich fal zas wewnetrzna, górna krawedz przypomina zarysdlugiej fali. Powierzchnia zewnetrzna ramy jest plaska. Czwarta odmiana przedstawiona jest na figurach 4 i 5 i odróznia sie od pierwszej odmiany, tym, ze zarówno podstawa (1) jak i górny bok (2) rozciagaja sie na cala szerokosc ramy a tym samym zachodza na pionowe boki (3a, 3b). Wewnetrzna krawedz (4) podstawy (1) jak wewnetrzna krawedz (5) górnego boku (2) i przypominaja zarysy lagodnych fal. Natomiast na koncach podstawy (1) i górnego boku (2) znajduja sie klinowe zaglebienia (6a, 6b, 6c i 6d) symbolizujace ostrza fal. W podstawie (1) znajduje sie takze otwór (7) pod dzwignie do sterowania szybrem. Otwór (7) jest prostokatny, przy czym jego górna krawedz ma ksztalt fragmentu zarysu lagodnej fali. Na rysunkach pokazano przede wszystkim cechy istotne wzoru zas pominieto szczególy nie posiadajace indywidualnego charakteru, a w tym dotyczace zamocowania ramy. CECHY ISTOTNE WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO Rama czolowa paleniska w postaci zblizonej do prostokatnej ramy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze zarówno wewnetrzna krawedz podstawy jak i wewnetrzna krawedz górnego boku przypomina zarys fali morskiej. Podstawa lub/i górny bok ramy moga posiadac na swej zewnetrznej powierzchni dalsze elementy symbolizujace fale lub ich fragmenty.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4Fig. 5 PLFRONT FRAME OF A FIREPLACE The subject of the industrial design is the front frame of a fireplace intended for heating rooms. The front frame of a fireplace is usually a rectangular frame that surrounds the fireplace inlet and faces the heated room. The frame may be permanently attached to the fireplace body or be part of the door closing the inlet. In closed fireplaces, a fireproof glass panel is mounted inside the frame, allowing for flame observation and facilitating heat radiation. The inner edge of a given side of the frame is parallel to the outer edge, giving the side a constant width. The outer, visible surface of the frame may be smooth or decorated, and this surface may be flat, nearly flat, or a portion of a cylindrical surface with a vertical axis. Polish industrial design protection specification No. Rp-4120 describes a closed home fireplace insert in which the opening in the frame is filled with glass. Parallel straight lines run along each side of the frame, intersecting at the corners. In another variation, the outer surface of the frame is covered with a series of protrusions imitating the texture of leather. In turn, industrial design protection specification No. Rp-10622 describes a freestanding stove with a closed combustion chamber, which includes a door in a shape similar to a rectangular frame, with the base and sides being rectilinear, and the upper side being convex. All sides have a constant width. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing and includes four variations, where: • Fig. 1 shows a view of the frame according to the first variation from the front, i.e., the surface of the frame visible during normal use of the fireplace; • Fig. 2 shows the frame according to the second variant in a front view, • Fig. 3 shows the frame according to the third variant in a front view, • Fig. 4 shows the frame according to the fourth variant in a front view, • Fig. 5, contained on a separate sheet, shows the frame according to the fourth variant in an axonometric view, with all the details. The front frame of the fireplace according to the first variant has the shape of a rectangular frame, with the inner edges of the vertical sides being parallel to the outer edges, and the inner, lower, and upper edges being curved lines resembling gentle waves. All sides smoothly interpenetrate at the frame corners. The front surface of the frame is flat. The second variation is shown in Figure 2 and differs from the first variation in that the end of one frame side overlaps the next frame side, while the frame thickness at the side overlap is slightly greater than in the remaining areas. The third variation is shown in Figure 3 and differs from the first variation in that the inner, lower edge resembles the outline of several gentle, short waves, while the inner, upper edge resembles the outline of a long wave. The outer surface of the frame is flat. The fourth variation is shown in Figures 4 and 5 and differs from the first variation in that both the base (1) and the upper side (2) extend the entire width of the frame, thus overlapping the vertical sides (3a, 3b). The inner edge (4) of the base (1) resembles the inner edge (5) of the upper side (2) and resembles the outline of gentle waves. At the ends of the base (1) and upper side (2) are wedge-shaped recesses (6a, 6b, 6c, and 6d) symbolizing wave blades. The base (1) also includes an opening (7) for the damper control lever. The opening (7) is rectangular, with its upper edge resembling a fragment of a gentle wave outline. The drawings primarily show the essential features of the design, omitting details that are not unique, including those related to the frame attachment. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN: The front frame of the fireplace, in the form of a rectangular frame, is characterized by the fact that both the inner edge of the base and the inner edge of the upper side resemble the outline of a sea wave.
