Ponadto scianka dzialowa utrudnia w przypadku awarii pieca szybkie i dokladne przeprowadzenie remontu pieca.W celu unikniecia tych wad i niedogodnosci stosuje sie rozwiazanie wedlug wynalazku. 3- widok lewej sciany bocznej, fig. 4- widok prawej sciany bocznej.Nawrotny piec tunelowy sklada sie z trzech stref: wstepnej, posredniej i wypalania. Until now, furnaces of this efficiency have not been used in Poland, building instead of one large several smaller ones. Foreign furnaces with this capacity are built exclusively with a partition wall located in the firing zone. The use of this wall is inconvenient due to the large number of various muffle shapes required, some of which appear one piece per kiln. Moreover, the partition wall makes it difficult in the event of a failure of the furnace to carry out a quick and accurate repair of the furnace. In order to avoid these drawbacks and inconveniences, the solution according to the invention is used. The reversible tunnel kiln has at least two burners located in the longitudinal axis of the kiln and at least one burner in the longitudinal axis of the kiln, as well as side and shaft muffles. Behind the side muffles and under the shaft muffles there are flue gas ducts, specifically shaped projections with ceramic gate valves installed on them in the side walls. The furnace according to the invention offers great possibilities of regulating the flow of exhaust gases under the shaft muffs and behind the side muffles, allowing to obtain an even temperature distribution in the furnace tunnel, and thus good conditions for burning the charge. longitudinal section of the furnace, fig. 2 - cross-section, fig. 3- view of the left side wall, fig. 4- view of the right side wall. The reversible tunnel kiln consists of three zones: preliminary, intermediate and firing. The furnace in the firing zone in its upper part has arched plates 1 suspended on the rods, which are divided in the central part. The furnace core and side walls of the firing zone are side muffles 3 and shaft muffles 4, through which the heat penetrates the fired charge, created by burning fuel in burners 2. The reversible tunnel kiln has at least two burners 2 in its longitudinal axis in its lower part and at least one burner 2 in its transverse axis. Side muffles 3 and shaft muffles 4 prevent direct contact of exhaust gases with the fired charge. Behind the side muffles 3 and under the shaft muffles 4 there are exhaust gas ducts 5 through which heat is supplied to the fired charge. The flue gas channels 5 are specifically shaped with protrusions 6, directing the flue gas along the walls of the firing zone and increasing or reducing the path of flue gas contact with the side muffles 3. Moreover, on the protrusions 6 located in the side walls 2 134290 of the furnace, ceramic gates 7 are provided for adjusting flow of the exhaust gases, which allows to obtain an even temperature in the furnace tunnel. There is an emergency window 8 in the front wall of the aboveground part of the firing zone, allowing for the continuous observation of the interior of the furnace. one burner (2) in the transverse axis of the furnace, side muffles (3), shaft muffles (4), with the flue gas ducts (5) behind the side muffles (3) and under the shaft muffles (4), specifically shaped with protrusions (6 ) with ceramic gates (7) installed on them in the side walls.
