Pierscionek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pierscionek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac pierscionka. Pierscionek wykonano ze zlota i brylantu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie przedstawiono na: - Fig. 1 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - Fig. 2 - widok pierscionka z przodu, - Fig.3 - widok pierscionka z boku. Fig. 4 przedstawia zas przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w odmianie. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest posiadajacy indywidualny charakter wzór pierscionka, wykonany ze zlota. Pierscionek zbudowany jest z plaskiej obraczki pogrubiajacej sie ku górze i lekko zaokraglonej, i zwezajacej sie ku dolowi. Górne pogrubienie jest wpilowane w trzech plaszczyznach: wzdluz szyny, w poprzek i pionowo do szyny z obu stron, tworzac oprawke czterokrapowa. Wypilowanie wzdluzne tworzy ozdobne wklesle lustra. Pierscionek wedlug odmiany wykonany jest z bialego zlota.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PLThe industrial design is for a ring. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the ring. The ring is made of gold and diamond. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, which show: - Fig. 1 - a view of the ring setting, - Fig. 2 - a front view of the ring, - Fig. 3 - a side view of the ring. Fig. 4 shows a variation of the industrial design. The essential features of the industrial design are the unique design of the ring, made of gold. The ring consists of a flat band that thickens towards the top, is slightly rounded, and tapers towards the bottom. The upper bulge is filed in three planes: along the rail, across it, and vertically to the rail on both sides, creating a four-pronged setting.
