Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest gilotyna do cięcia profili miniaturowych, zwłaszcza do cięcia do miniaturowych profili, która charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z podstawy (1) z otworem ustalającym (1e), otworem (1a), otworem podłużnym (1b) o kształcie pogrubionego łuku, których to otworach (1a) i (1b) osadzona jest ruchomo głowica tnąca (7) w ten sposób, że w otworze (1b) osadzona jest suwliwie druga prowadnica tnąca, a w otworze (1a) na wcisk pierwsza prowadnica tnąca (6a), gdzie głowica tnąca (7) składa się z głowicy (7) o przekroju poziomym w kształcie litery U, pomiędzy której ramionami osadzone jest ostrze (8) o przekroju czworokąta, przytwierdzone do głowicy przez otwory oraz w ramionach, w których znajdują się przelotowe otwory na prowadnice (6a) ma podstawę (1), która posiada ogranicznik (11) osadzony na prowadnicy poziomej (4), gdzie ogranicznik (11) posiada wycięcie o przekroju tożsamym z przekrojem prowadnicy poziomej (4), a element (11) po stronie głowicy tnącej ma kształt litery L, na której opiera się element cięty, a po stronie przeciwnej otwór na śrubę (12) do regulacji luzu między elementami (11) i (4).
