Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest miękki kask ochronny składający się ze skorupy (1) kasku, która może przybierać kształt dowolnego nakrycia głowy, w szczególności kapelusza oraz czapki, zaopatrzonego w osłonę (3) twarzy, w tym oczu w postaci daszku lub ronda oraz otwory wentylacyjne (2), jak również system mocowania pasków (4), na których znajdują się gniazda zaczepowe (6), wraz z zapięciem z regulacją (5), a od wewnętrznej strony skorupa (1) posiada zamontowany potnik z kieszonką (7), w której instaluje się więźbę złożoną z rozdzielonych segmentów (9) szczelinami wentylacyjnymi (10), a składającą się z kompozytu, czyli z co najmniej trzech warstw połączonych ze sobą w sposób trwały nierozerwalny — warstwy osłaniającej warstwy odpornej na przecięcia oraz warstwy pianki o grubości od 12 mm do 30 mm, absorbujący energię uderzenia do 70J.
