Sposób ten polegal na zabarwieniu w pierwszym etapie skladnika poliestrowego mieszaniny wlókienniczej wybranymi barwnikami zawiesinowymi, przede wszystkim metoda napa¬ wania, suszenia i dogrzewania. Nastepnie skladnik celulozowy dobarwiano w drugim etapie, stosujac miedzy innymi, glównie w przypadku jasnych, pastelowych odcieni zóltych, leukoestry barwników kadziowych, najcze¬ sciej w tzw. metodzie nitrytowej, przy uzyciu azotynu sodowego i kwasu siarkowego.Sposób dwuetapowy wymagal duzej precyzji w jakosciowym doborze barwników w poszczególnych etapach barwienia, dodatków do kapieli barwiacej, jak równiez scislego przestrzegania technicznych parametrów barwie¬ nia. Until now, textiles made of a mixture of polyester and cellulose fibers 67/33 were dyed yellow mainly in a two-step method. This method consisted in dyeing, in the first step, the polyester component of the textile mixture with selected disperse dyes, mainly by the infusion, drying and reheating methods. Then the cellulose component was dyed in the second stage, using, inter alia, mainly in the case of light, pastel yellow shades, leucoesters of vat dyes, most often in the so-called the nitrite method, with the use of sodium nitrite and sulfuric acid. The two-stage method required great precision in the qualitative selection of dyes at individual stages of dyeing, additives to the dye bath, as well as strict compliance with the technical parameters of dyeing. Moreover, this method was not very economical due to the fact that, as a rule, more than a one-step consumption of energy and water, and a long dyeing cycle. Even slight deviations of individual process parameters from the assumed ones, difficult to avoid in industrial conditions, caused the lack of reproducibility of individual batches of dyed textiles and the non-uniform color of the components of the textile mixture. The aim of the invention is to obtain a dyeing agent for dyeing textiles from a mixture of polyester fibers. and cellulose 67/33 to a yellow color, which would ensure uniform and even dyeing of both types of fibers in a one-step-two-step process, making it possible to reduce energy and water consumption and shorten the dyeing cycle. This objective was achieved by producing a dye according to the invention containing: 60-70 parts by weight of a technical dye of general formula I, in which Ri is hydrogen or nitro, R2 is hydrogen or chloro or nitro or phenylsulfonamide, R3 is hydrogen or chloro or a hydroxyl group or an amino group, 10-15 parts by weight of a technical dye of general formula II, in which Ri is a low molecular weight alkyl radical, R2 is diazotized: aniline or p-chloroaniline or p-nitroaniline or m-nitroaniline or o-nitroaniline or p -anisidine or p-acetylaminoaniline or p-sulfamylaniline or 2,4-dinitroaniline or 2-methyl-4-nitroaniline or 2-chloro-4-nitroaniline or p-airrinoazobenzene or p-aminoacetylaminoazobenzene or p-aminohydroxyazobenzene or p-aminohydroxyazobenzene or -aminocyanoalkoxyazobenzene or p-aminoalkoxyalkylcarbonylazobenzene or p-aminosulfamylalkylazobenzene or p-aminoazobenzene containing esterified sulfo groups or p-aminoarylsulfonyl azobenzene or their mutual mixtures and 18-25 parts by weight of technical dye of formula 3 hydrogen or halogen, especially bromine, and n is a number 2 or 3. does not contain small amounts of known adjusting, dispersing, oiling, defoaming, filling agents, such as: salts of condensed aromatic sulfo acids, aluminum soaps of higher fatty acids and mineral oil with the addition of non-ionic emulsifier, sodium sulfate, sodium carbonate and urea, which are not no influence on the dyeing process and performance properties of dyes. The dye of general formula 1, the substituents of which have been discussed above, gives a yellow color to the polyester component in a textile product made of a mixture of polyester and cellulose fibers 67/33, giving the fibers lightfastness 4 - dyes: 5 °, water 5 °, wash 4-5 j, sweat 4-5 °, friction 5 °, sublimation 4 °, with 8 ° for light and 5 ° for the other indicators being the highest resistance. Dye of general formula 2 with substituents have been discussed above yellow coloring polyester component in a textile product made of a mixture of polyester fibers and cellulose 67/33, giving the fibers a color fastness: light 4 °, water 5 °, washing 4-5 °, sweat 5 °, rubbing 5 °, sublimation 4 °, with 8 ° for light and 5 ° for for the other indicators, the highest resistance is indicated. The dye of general formula 3, the substituents of which have been discussed above, turns yellow, both the cellulose and polyester components in a textile product made of a mixture of these two types of fibers 67/33, but of varying intensity, giving these color fastness fibers, respectively: light 4 ° (3-4 °), water 5 ° (5 °), wash 4 ° (4 °), sweat 5 ° f5 °), rub 4 ° (4-5 °), sublimation 4 ° (4 °), where 8 ° for light, and 5 ° for the other indexes means the highest resistance, and the number in parentheses in each case refers to the polyester component. Surprisingly, it turned out that the coloring agent according to the invention contains, as components, appropriately selected quantitatively dyes of general formulas 1, 2, 3, in which the substituents have been discussed above, color the products textiles made of a mixture of polyester and cellulose fibers 67/33 in a uniform and uniform manner, one-step-two-step method, where the dye fastness indexes on the product made of a mixture of polyester and cellulose fibers 67/33 exceed those obtained with the components of the dye on the individual types of fibers, because they are: light 5-6 °, water 5 °, wash 59, sweat 4-5 °, friction 5 °, sublimation 4-5 °. The above unexpected technical effects do not result from the technical properties of the components of the dyeing agent and indicate the synergism of action. Moreover, the use of the dyeing agent 67/33 for dyeing products made of a mixture of polyester and cellulose fibers according to the invention made it possible to introduce a one-step-two-step method and thus shorten the dyeing cycle. the consumption of water and energy is reduced. According to the invention, the dyeing agent is continuously dyed in a one-step manner - two-step products made of a mixture of polyester and cellulose fibers 67/33, padding them in the first bath, containing the dye dispersed in water, in the presence of a dispersant and an auxiliary agent with anti-migration, and then after cooling, drying at the temperature of 100-130 ° C and reheating for 45-90 seconds at the temperature of 215-205 ° C. In the second bath, the welding is usually performed in the first compartment of a wide-width washer, which also works continuously with a water solution at a temperature of 20-25 ° C containing appropriate amounts of sodium nitrite and sulfuric acid, then in the further compartments of the wide-width washing machine the dye is developed at 80 ° C in a bath containing sodium nitrite and urea, followed by rinsing, neutralization in a soda solution at a temperature of 70-80 ° C, hot washing in a soap solution or a detergent and rinsing again, initially in hot and then in cold water. A uniform and even yellow colored textile product is obtained from the mixture 67/33 polyester and cellulose fibers, the dyeing is characterized by high resistance indexes, which are: light 5-6 °, water 5 °, wash 5 °, sweat 4-5 °, friction 5 ° , sublimation 4-5 °. The following is an example of the preparation of the coloring agent according to the invention: Example. 65.3 parts by weight of the technical product in a 100/100 concentration containing the dye of formula IV is mixed with 13.0 parts by weight of the technical product in a 100/100 concentration of the dye of formula 5, and with 21.7 parts by weight of technical product. 100/100 concentration of the product containing the dye of formula 6. The whole is grinded and homogenized in suitable equipment, for example a Nautamix dry powder mixer. The obtained dyeing agent is used for dyeing yellow in a one-step method - two-step products made of a mixture of polyester and cellulose fibers 67/33. The obtained dyes are characterized by good uniformity and high indices of usable resistance: light 5-6 °, water 5 °, washing 5 °, sweat 4-5 °, friction 5 °, sublimation 4-5 °.
