Abstract

Rozwiązanie dotyczy konstrukcji urządzenia do chłodzenia gazu koksowniczego, które upraszcza wykonywanie jego przeglądu i remontu bez potrzeby całkowitego jego wyłączenia. Urządzenie posiada kolumnową obudowę (1), wewnątrz której znajdują się dwie sekcje chłodzenia (2, 2'), przedzielone szczelnie między sobą pionową przegrodą (3), którą stanowią dwie równoległe do siebie ściany (4, 4') i umieszczona między nimi komora (5) z możliwością wypełnienia jej gazem inertnym. Każda sekcja (2, 2') wyposażona jest od góry w króciec wlotowy (6, 6') surowego gazu koksowniczego, poniżej którego znajduje się urządzenie zraszające (7, 7'), pod którym zamocowany jest wymiennik ciepła (8, 8'), a w dolnej części sekcji chłodzenia (2, 2') znajduje się króciec wylotowy (9, 9') surowego gazu koksowniczego.
