Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest złącze do rurowych konstrukcji wsporczych z możliwością wykonania go zarówno z metalu jak i tworzyw sztucznych, ze szczególnym korzystnym wykorzystaniem w konstrukcjach wsporczych do znaków drogowych oraz tablic drogowych lub reklamowych, mające symetryczne elementy, charakteryzuje się tym że złącze tworzą dwie identycznie wyprofilowane obejmy (1 i 2), gdzie obejma (1) obejmuje pionową rurę (3), a druga obejma (2) obejmuje poziomą rurę (4) przy łączeniu rur (3 i 4), pod kątem prostym i dwie identycznie wyprofilowane obejmy (5 i 6), gdzie obejma (5) obejmuje pionową rurę (3), a druga obejma (6) obejmuje skośną rurę, przy łączeniu rur (3) pod kątem ostrym, przy czym obejmy (1, 2, 5 i 6) tworzą wypukłą przestrzeń owalną (8) przechodzącą na bokach w płaskie ramiona (9) z otworami montażowymi (10) na śruby łączące (1), przy czym złącze łączące pionową rurę (3) z poziomą rurą (4) w rzucie prostokątnym ma kształt prostokąta, a złącze łączące pionową rurę (3) ze skośną rurą w rzucie prostokątnym ma kształt równoległoboku.
