Abstract

Rozwiązanie dotyczy samobieżnych maszyn rolniczych przeznaczonych do uprawy roli i zbioru upraw. Rezultatem technicznym rozwiązania jest poprawa funkcjonalności i efektywności energetycznej samobieżnej maszyny rolniczej. Samobieżna maszyna rolnicza jest wyposażona układ sterowania i zawiera ramę nośną (1), zasilacz prądu stałego, dwa napędy gąsienic (2) zamontowane i przymocowane z obu stron ramy nośnej. Każdy napęd gąsienic jest połączony z silnikiem elektrycznym za pomocą układu przeniesienia napędu z urządzeniem hamującym. Platforma z dwoma napędami jest zamontowana w górnej części ramy nośnej za pomocą wspornika obrotowego, przy czym każdy z tych napędów jest przymocowany jednym końcem do ramy nośnej, a drugim końcem do dolnej powierzchni platformy za pomocą przegubu cechującego się mimośrodowością względem osi obrotu wspornika obrotowego. Boczne powierzchnie platformy są przystosowane do mocowania różnych narzędzi. Rama nośna posiada przeguby łączące zamontowane z przodu i z tylu do mocowania dodatkowego wyposażenia.The solution concerns self-propelled agricultural machines for tillage and crop harvesting. The technical result of the solution is to improve the functionality and energy efficiency of the self-propelled agricultural machine. The self-propelled agricultural machine is equipped with a control system and includes a support frame (1), a DC power supply, two track drives (2) mounted and attached to both sides of the support frame. Each track drive is connected to the electric motor via a drive train with a braking device. The platform with two drives is mounted in the upper part of the support frame by means of a swivel bracket, each of the drives being attached at one end to the support frame and at the other end to the lower surface of the platform by means of a joint having an eccentricity with respect to the axis of rotation of the swivel bracket. The side surfaces of the platform are suitable for mounting various tools. The supporting frame has connecting joints mounted at the front and rear for attaching additional equipment.
