Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest słupek ogrodzeniowy przeznaczony do ogradzania wszelakiego rodzaju posesji utworzony z prostokątnego profilu (1), przed którym umiejscowiony jest panel osłonowy (4), na którego tylnej ściance utworzone są, rozmieszczone jeden pod drugim, otwory montażowe (5), poprzez które panel osłonowy (4) zaczepiony jest na prostokątnym profilu (1). Słupek charakteryzuje się tym, że w ściankę prostokątnego profilu (1), która umiejscowiona jest przed panelem osłonowym (4), wbudowanych jest kilka, rozmieszczonych jedna pod drugą, nitonakrętek (2), w które wkręcone są śruby (3), które mają stożkowy łeb (3a), który wprowadzony jest w otwór montażowy (5) panelu osłonowego (4), który to otwór montażowy (5) w górnej części ma szerokość mniejszą, a w dolnej części, dla wpuszczenia stożkowego łba (3a) śruby (3) do wnętrza panelu osłonowego (4), szerokość większą, przy czym każda ze śrub (3) w pozycji zamocowania panelu osłonowego (4) do prostokątnego profilu (1) umiejscowiona jest w górnej części otworu montażowego (5) panelu osłonowego (4), a panel osłonowy (4) zaparty jest na stożkowej powierzchni łba (3a) śruby (3).
