Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia butelke z zakretka w widoku z przodu. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a bottle with a screw cap in front view.

Butelka z zakretka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus butelki, w widoku z przodu, ma w przyblizeniu zarys trapezu, którego ramiona sa utworzone przez lukowate linie, przy czym jedna sciana boczna korpusu jest wypukla i w czesci górnej ma uskok, który, w widoku z przodu, ma zarys trójkatny, zas przeciwlegla sciana boczna korpusu przebiega u podstawy prostopadle do podstawy, w czesci srodkowej jest wklesla, a w czesci górnej ze sciany tej odsadzony jest uchwyt butelki, którego powierzchnia wewnetrzna ma zaglebienia dostosowane do ksztaltu palców ludzkiej reki. W czesci górnej uchwyt ma powierzchnie skosna, która ma drobne wypuklosci dla wygodnego oparcia kciuka reki. Od wspomnianej powierzchni skosnej uchwytu przebiega skosna ozdobna krawedz,która dochodzi do wspomnianego uskoku w czesci górnej sciany bocznej. Nad powierzchnia górna korpusu usytuowana jest zakretka z kolnierzem, przy czym na powierzchni bocznej zakretki znajduja sie pionowe wklesniecia. There is a label on the front wall of the body, the edges of which form the outline of a quadrilateral, the three sides of which are arched, and colored figures are visible in the label area, as shown in the attached illustration, fig.
